Down side of Vesicare is an EXTREME dry mouth and I mean extreme but it does get better and now for me EXTREME constipation, I have been on it for about 5mths and I was warned by both the neuro and the uro that it can affect this part of my body, but I also think i have loss of some function there too which wouldn't help.
I was put on Vesicare 5 mg daily and also was taking fluoxetine for depression and anxiety over this condition. After taking the meds for awhile my symptoms went away and I was symptom free for 3 years. Because of the expense of the vesicare and because I was doing so well. I decided to stop taking both medications. My bladder was fine and normal and then about a year later the symtoms came back. So I am now back on the vesicare and the fluoxetine.
The major one was abdominal cramping. I also have long standing urological problems and Vesicare was causing problems in that area as well. Headaches could have been part of it as well. The drug was tried on June 12, 2008 and even has one Rep on it.
I have most of the bottle left. I will never try it again.

I don't have a diagnosis yet but I've been twitching ever since 2002, when I began noticing muscle fatigue. I've been told that twitching is relatively common and isn't cause for concern if it doesn't accompany significant muscle weakness/atrophy, that's what a neuro told me.

Can I take effexor with Flomax and vesicare as I had anxiety disorder and use to take effexor before but stopped it about 1 year back. Now I am having a lot more anxiety due to my present condition. After stopping the Vesicar I am feeling the urge to urine all the time and i have to use to wash room every hour. Should I start 5mmg Vesicare again?
i had a cmg test done today and the nusre told me it was the worst case of bladder spasm that she has ever seen and brought in other medical staff to see this they have put me on vesicare tablets 10 mg and i am wondering if there is anything else can be done i am worried in case it means i need to be catherterised because of this how likely is this ?
t know that thyroid problems or muscle twitching and neuropathy are related but I have had the same twitching/tingling for 7 years now. I am Hashi's/hypothyroid and have a vitamin D deficiency as well. I have been on thyroid meds for 6 months and have not seen an improvement. They just found the vitamin D deficiency a month ago so I just started taking the 50000 iu supplement. I can't say yet if that helps.
I'm using Vesicare and Lyrica and I just got my urinalysis result and they're normal. Can Vesicare and Lyrica affect urinalysis? Are they antibiotics?
I am 41 yrs male , suffering from hypothyroidism since last 7 yrs. Muscle aches and twitching are common. Specially muscle aches in left shoulder , left chest , left back have been cont. occuring. Nervousness, Mood desturbance is also there.........Is there any Suggestion for me.......

Do any of you with fybromyalgia have muscle twitching ? I have muscle twitching all over my body,also my body jerks.When I reach for the door knob,my hand jerks downward . I also have trouble doing small task with my hands.I feel really slow minded too.Does it make your muscle feel like a rubberband is around them? My doctor thinks I have fybromyalgia,also possible ms. he talks more about fybromyalgia. Please let me know if you have similar symptoms.

ve developed muscle twitching, and neurologist diagnosed a mild myopathy congruent with thyroid d-se. the endocrinologist couldn't find my thyroid on ultrasound and blood test showed Hoshimoto. the endocrinologist Rx o.137 brand levoxyl, but i can't take it , because it makes me somnolent. Have anybody experienced muscle twitching? Did any thyroid med of particular manufacture give any side effect?
ve been having off and on twitching of my muscles, particularly legs but sometimes eye, or other muscle group. Sometimes, my legs feel like this all day somewhat twitchy and restless, sometimes they will keep me up at night doing this. Sometimes, I will have a burning sensation in certain areas of my muscles such as my calves and upper and lower arm (usually right one). Whether related or not, sometimes I sense/feel heart palpitations on a day that I am twitching alot.
She did have a fever this weekend and sore throat this week and I think thta the twitching was much worse. She is twitching in her sleep some. (I have watched her sleep and it seems that when she gets into her deepest sleep that the twitching is not as bad). Please help if you have any thoughts as to what I should know or if you know of a specialists I can travel too...No problem.
Do anxiety causes muscle twitching. I have been experiencing muscle twitching for the past 4 years almost 5 years. It started in my left eye and surfaced to all over my body. I still experience this everyday my left eye twitches on and off everyday practically when I sneeze laugh or cough it twitches. It even twitches when I am putting on my shirt and it touches my left eye it's that sensitive.
He told me to stop taking the tobramycin and use systane drops three times a day and come back in a year. He also suggested I cut back on coffee (my ONE cup a day??) and reduce stress in my life. Ha!
Since that time, I have noticed that the nose spasms are usually related to a change in lighting (dark to bright) or like a camera flash. Occasionally I wear contacts and the eyelid twitch becomes worse and my eye tends to become half closed.
Hi - I have had a lot of problems with my thyroid lately and was just recently switched from Synthroid to Armour. For the past couple of weeks I have been having muscle twitching and what feels like muscle weakness. My arms and legs feel tired and rubbery. I don't know what the conversion is from Synthroid to Armour but I am pretty sure that I am not on enough.
