Vesicare and menstrual cycles

Common Questions and Answers about Vesicare and menstrual cycles

vesicare

Avatar f tn My menstrual cycles are 26 to 27 days each month. If my menstrual was from the 13 to the 18th of October...when would I have concieved?
Avatar n tn The major one was abdominal cramping. I also have long standing urological problems and Vesicare was causing problems in that area as well. Headaches could have been part of it as well. The drug was tried on June 12, 2008 and even has one Rep on it. I have most of the bottle left. I will never try it again. All the best.
Avatar f tn Does anyone with Hashimotos feel very fatigued and almost like their thyroid is swollen and just moreso overall yucky than normal during their menstrual cycles? Does anyone think birth control interferes with this or actually makes it better than what it could be if they were not on birth control at all.
714880 tn?1230332538 s something that you might be interested in readying about menstrual cycles. A doctor here at MedHelp wrote the article and it is very easy to read, so check it out. http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/Pregnancy/Menstrual-Cycle-EXPLAINED-by-a-doc/show/515?
Avatar m tn I'm using Vesicare and Lyrica and I just got my urinalysis result and they're normal. Can Vesicare and Lyrica affect urinalysis? Are they antibiotics?
Avatar f tn Various factors causing it are endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, hormone imbalance, endometrial hyperplasia, polyps, use of IUD’s and depo shots, sexually transmitted diseases,PCOS and benign and malignant pathologies of the uterus. I would suggest you to consult a gynecologist and get a pelvic examination, hormone panel, ultrasound and swab culture done to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment depends on the confirmation of diagnosis.
Avatar f tn I have been diagnosed with PCOS (so that would be lack of periods) and mild case of Endometriosis (so thats heavy and long periods)...Unlucky for me, according to the doctors, its not a combination which they see all the time. Last year they put me on Depo for one shot (I was previously on depo for 3 years about, and when my last shot finished 3 years ago i had my bleed straight away). Anyway...
Avatar n tn scheduled for the end of the month (that long to get in to the doctor as a new patient) and in the meantime I have been to my GP who did blood cell count and hormone tests. All came back normal. He also scheduled an ultrasound 3 years ago diagnosed with thickened uterine wall..no recommendations. Saught medical attention at this time due to change in my cycle (no period, spotting for 3 months and then a period that lasted 3 weeks). Put on a 4 day dose of progestin, periods resumed as normal.
Avatar f tn At 46 years of age with a tubal ligation/cauterization, why would I have skipped 2 month of my menstrual cycle? I hear stress can be a factor and I have been under more stress than normal. I have also heard that pregnancy can occur even with tubes tied.
Avatar f tn It's not really a menstrual cycle. It's not normal to bleed that much and every month no. Some women bleed a little in early stages but if your getting lots of blood you my not be prego or having miscarriage. Call your doctor asap!!
Avatar f tn re interested in becoming pregnant, my advice would be to start keeping track of your ovulation and menstrual cycles now. Also consult your Ob/Gyn if you have any concerns. The healthier and better shape you're in will definitely influence any possible pregnancy and transition into menopause...
689528 tn?1364135841 Just wondering if something could be made up for women and their menstrual cycles and women trying to conceive. A good tool would be some kind of tracker that can be added along with an Ovulation tracker or menstrual tracker or just a tracker of it's own to go along with the Lunar Cycle. It is believed by some people that our cycles are influenced by the lunar cycles.
Avatar f tn For the past two months I have had 2 day light menstrual cycle and before that period I spotted for two weeks straight until my period. I was wondering if this should be something I should be concerned about and yes I am sexually active and not on any birth control. My periods are normally 4-5 days and changed last year.
Avatar f tn here is what i found and it DOES NOT mention ovarian cysts ***A woman’s menstrual cycle is highly individual, and can range anywhere from 24–37 days. What’s “normal” is what’s normal for you. The length of your cycle may be affected by many things, including illness, stress, travel, fertility medication, and close association with other women.
937837 tn?1285350385 I thought after you got ones levels into range the menstrual cycle was supposed to normalize. I have had about 3 50 day cycles since I was diagnosed and started meds. Before my cycles were 37, 49, 34, stopped taking birth control in mid October. Was just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal for a women with hypothyroidism?
Avatar f tn When I was your age, I did have irregular menstrual cycles and one month just had a show that after a week progressively got heavier and after another week of extremely heavy bleeding and extreme and severe pain and joked about giving birth, went to the loo and heard a loud plop. I had been 6 weeks pregnant and didn't know about it. Not saying that you are, depends if you have been sexually active. If you have been tired before, it is possible that you may be anaemic.
184420 tn?1326739808 They started again in October and then went onto Tamoxifen in Nov. I have continued to have menstrual cycles and had blood test to confirm that I am ovulating. I just got the T bar coil inserted and my periods are now very heavy. What I was told by my doctor is that your menstrual cycle can stop, but you can still be ovulating or vice versa or yet again your periods can become lighter and more irratic.
Avatar f tn //www.webmd.com/women/why-is-my-period-so-random#1. Stress is on the list of things that can cause menstrual irregularity. Other things also include if your routine is changed, if you have been sick, if you exercise too much, if you've had any trauma either physical or emotional, if you have lost or gained weight. You also can look at your hormone levels and thyroid. Those impact irregular cycles as well and a blood test at your doctor's office could determine if this is the case.
Avatar m tn t thrilled w/ the doctor in general but she said it was just anxiety and stress. I decided for a 2nd opinion at a urologist and she agreed stress was the biggest culprit but thinks I could also have an OAB. Mind you I had a clean UTI at all the doctors, a good exam at my gyn but she sent me for ultrasound which was normal, and I had blood work done for all things including diabetes. Although my glucose came in at 101 and under 99 is the norm it wasn't cause for concern.
Avatar m tn which meant I had to return to my urologist....He gave me elmiron and vesicare to treat the IC....the Elmiron never helped my pain and, the Vesicare took my blood pressure from 113/72 pulse 68 to 153/103 pulse 122...I contacted my urologist and, he stated...that's not true ... neither of these meds would cause your blood pressure to go up...well, I called him back four days later...
Avatar f tn Hmm Down side of Vesicare is an EXTREME dry mouth and I mean extreme but it does get better and now for me EXTREME constipation, I have been on it for about 5mths and I was warned by both the neuro and the uro that it can affect this part of my body, but I also think i have loss of some function there too which wouldn't help.
721523 tn?1331581802 I saw the urologist today and he wants me to try VESIare for a few weeks to see if it helps with post-void bladder spasms. It actually has a heat warning on it and a warning about not taking it if yo are not enmptying your bladder. I am scheduled for the urodynamics test in 2 weeks. What do all of you think about this?
Avatar f tn Wonder if there is someone having the same problems. We are trying to conceive number 2 but our cycle is all over the place. My menstrual cycle pattern has been changed after my daughter;s birth 1 year ago. Before having the baby my cycles were 31 days and now they are all over the place. I delivered my daughter via C-section in December 2012 got my first period in April. I notice since delivery my cycles became longer 46, 36, 42, 45, 30 39....
Avatar f tn This rate was 20% among cycles with early ovulation (99 cycles before day 13) and 22% among cycles with late ovulation (113 cycles after day 21). This apparent lack of association had also been found in earlier analyses of these data.
Avatar f tn Because even the best conception calculators usually give you a range of about a week. A lot will depend on how regular your cycles are, and how reliably you think you ovulate at a certain point in the cycle. Women can ovulate as early as day 7 or 8 of their cycle, and if they have a long cycle could ovulate as late as day 15.
