My 5 year old son has recently, over about the past 6 weeks, started pooping in his pants. I took him to the pediatrician, who thought it may be Encoperesis. So, we started Miralax daily. After 4 days, he continued to have these small accidents, never a large amount of stool. So, last evening, I have him a pediatric enema. The result was a medium amt of soft stool. I did not note ANY hard or dry stool. It was not difficult for him to pass at all.

It's not really constipation, although I'm sure it feels like it. The problem is when you've got soft fecal material it doesn't 'bulk' up in the inside of the 'tube' of the colon, and that lack of bulk doesn't stretch the walls of the colon signaling the colon that it needs to move stuff forward.
You may want to consider trying to bulk up your stool with some fiber and see if that helps things along.

Buying in bulk is also a good way to save. Try Sam's and Costco. I remember me and my sister getting loads of diapers for like 25 bucks a box when she had my niece.

Sometimes that added bulk from the carbs doesn't get broken down into energy. Carbs are healthy, but should be used in moderation by most us. Of note I also have erbs palsy, a decrease in muscle bulk in my trapezius, deltoid, pectoralis, and right forearm, and also have slightly diminished sensation in my forearm. Although my muscle bulk is decreased my muscles are still strong. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar spasms where they always happen when you flex?
Maybe you are eating too healthy.Sounds like to much bulk in your diet. Maybe too much fiber? I know when I take too much metamucil or eat too much wheat I get like that. Maybe its just eating to much fiber or bulk. Just a suggestion and an easy one to at least try. Why the probiotics if you are eating a healthy diet? Maybe your flora is properly balanced from your diet and do not need to be taking them?

I also was prescribed Bentyl for a time- you may want to ask your doctor if that would be right for you or not.
THis is the Teacher not allowing her to go that is causing this problem, perhaps if you speak to the Teacher and ask your daughter is allowed to go to the Bathroom when she wants to, she could be somewhat constipated so make sure she has lots of Bulk, Cereal and fruit in her diet ,THis is a shame and I have heard of Teachers doing this and I wish they would realise the discomfort and problems it causes and be more flexible in their attitude to the Bathroom :"Rules"
This happened to my husband too. It is not considered to be a "dangerous" situation, but it is certainly painful and terrible. The bleeding is likely from hemorrhoids, which are likely caused by the inflammation that Incivek causes to the tissues. My husband found it helpful to take Loperimide once a day to keep the stools a bit more firm. He also found it helpful to use Balneol, baby wipes (alcohol free), and Desitin. The basic philosophy is clean, dry, protect.
The surgeon may have placed more bone graft material than was necessary to filling the defect. This is sometimes done as the graft will often experience some resorption. It is much easier to remove the excess "bulk" later on than it is to deal with inadequate bone volume.
