Since a doctor needs to prescribe either, then ask your prescribing physician. Don't do online pharmacies for this though as they are often not legit or reliable. Go to a regular pharmacy to get it.
The PDE5 inhibitors sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil are competitive and reversible inhibitors of cGMP hydrolysis by the catalytic side of PDE5.
Although rare, Viagra (sildenafil), Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil) can cause muscle pain and unusual skin sensations or paresthesia. In clinical studies, Viagra caused muscle pain and paresthesia in less than 2% of patients. Patients who experience these side effects should stop taking the medication and consult their physician. These medications increase blood flow to the penis by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).
Yes I tested for all 24 hrs and it was kept in the fridge the entire time. Only out to fill and transport to hospital. Sodium is fine but potassium in slightly low. Never had a stim test.

Two months ago, I had what I think was a bout of food poisoning. My digestive system hasn't been right since. It began lower abdominal discomfort, and some tenderness by the hips. Bowel movements alternated from const. to diarrhea. Went to the doctor, and thought it may be a pulled muscle, since it felt like one. He found no masses and checked for hernia. Did bloodwork: liver ALT were about 5 points higher (51) than normal range, bad cholest.
This paper btw seems very consistent with other similar studies, including those that show serum riba levels (via HPLC testing) help deterimine both RVR and SVR. Unfortunately HPLC testing for serum riba levels is not available except in trial situations, but if it were, then one could reasonably pre-dose and keep increasing the riba dose until a set serum riba level was met.
As far as your erection problems and the penile length issues are concerned, you should start yourself on a 5 PDE (Phosphodiesterase type-5) inhibitor like sildenalfil or vardenafil under the care of urologist and see how you do. Once you have taken a trial of this drug, do get back to me and we can take it from there.

These 35 patients had urinary free cortisol determined by both HPLC and competitive binding methods. The efficacy of the HPLC assay using cortisol alone was equivalent to that of the competitive binding assay; 22 of 29 (76%) patients had increased cortisol. Cortisone also aided in the diagnosis; 25 of 29 (86%) had increased cortisone. Twenty-seven of the 29 (93%) patients had either both cortisone and cortisol (n = 19) or at least 1 of the 2 (n = 8) increased.

Do you read the stuff you post? This looks rather weak insofar as linking Tylenol and Coffee with liver damage, in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to have a cup or 2 of coffee and a couple of Tylenol based on this "study"(?). Their own expert said it would be hast to draw any conclusions from the study of bacteria. I have tried to isolate a few salient points..
