Has anyone tried Valganciclovir? Dr. Jose Montoya says a5 year treatment can help patients with CFS brought on by EBV.
Also oral Valcyte/valganciclovir has been shown to be effective in treating mild to moderate cases of CMV disease in transplant recipients. Reduction in the degree of immunosuppression should complement the antiviral treatment of CMV disease.

Hi Kathy, thanks for posting ... I hope that the fairly recent poster will read your post about the tramflap issues. I'm so glad that you did find some measure of comfort and satisfaction. I agree that women don't do enough research such as speaking with others in person who have had the procedure. It is true of course that no two people have the same experience with the same procedure but the more you can learn is always helpful. Thanks again ....

HI all...its me again....well I am making progress...Thursday will be day 28 clean from my year vicodin habit. Here is what I am going through. Last week I still couldnt function. This week I can function, but I still feel like a robot. Especially on the inside. Everything my husband asks me I resond with "I dont care"...cuz I dont! I feel pretty depressed and like I have nothing to look forward to.
That effacement is great! And it sounds like baby has started engaging. That's very encouraging.
At 36+4 I was 1cm but my cervix was still posterior. She likely won't engage until labor since this is my second.
I turned down a check at my appt. this week since it was only five days later. Hoping to be at 3cm Monday so that I don't have too far to go before getting admitted once active labor has started.
I have another appointment with the surgeon in september but no planned physio, I was basically told to just do routine excercise to strenghten and things would progress. I was just expecting total pain free after 5 months and the aftercare and advise has been pretty poor except the follow up appointment in september planned.
