It was on a Monday and that Thursday I noticed red bumps on my penis I initially thought it was herpes but was googling std rashes and HIV was one of the stds that came up. The chance that you were infected with an STD is low. Take your negative chlamydia and gonorrhea tests as conclusive. Let's stay that way. I sense your anxiety, so I'll try to help you. On March the 3rd, I had un-protected ( not the entire time but rubbing brief 40 sec intercourse ) vaginal/oral with a partner. Ridiculously irresponsible. The sex was dry and awkward the entire time. The odds are around 1 in 1000 if she is HIV+.These are your friends options,take a DUO test at 4 weeks and then follow up with a final test at 12 weeks or just test at 12 weeks.

If the condom remained intact, you did not have a risk, bleeding or not. Also, in the future, use ONE condom only. Two condoms actually increases the chances of condom rupture. One is enough, with plenty of water based lubrication.

AIDS is a progression of HIV. You don't test for AIDS, you test for HIV. Only people who are HIV + can get a diagnosis of AIDS, which is diagnosed with very specific criteria. 3 months is conclusive, so you tested WAY beyond the window period. You don't have HIV.
