tongue rings gauges

When I found out I was pregnant I took all of my piercings out except my tongue ring . I absolutely love my tongue ring and don't want to take it out unless I have too . I just recently put in a plastic bar and balls in so there is no metal in my mouth . Do you think the doctor will let me go through labor with the plastic in ?

I got the pregnancy belly rings and they suck! my belly button is stretching horizontally so the opening can fit like nothing in it.. I stuck that little belly ring in there.. which is about half the size of a normal barbell and it irritated the **** out of the hole because it was like stretching it back open.. it hurt to move.. but everyone grows differently but personally I wouldnt waste my money again..

Take notice that she had used those gauges herself when she had chlamydia and when you gauge your ears blood gets out and gets on the gauges. Before I used her gauges she sterilized them by putting peroxide on a tissue and rubbing them down but how efficient is that?

This may be tmi, sorry but, i have my nipples and tongue pierced. Among others, but those are the ones im wprried about. Did/do any of you ladies have either done? And did you have to take them out, if so around how many weeks did you remove them?

For a long time I have been plagued with white rings on the left side of my tongue that come and go.There may be two or three that will join in one day and then disappear and start again. Turn red and inside the ring.

I dont think your tongue ring makes a difference just your belly ring but I cpuld be wrong. I dont have my tongue pierced..

The larger the Number, ie 25 gauge vs. 21 gauge the SMALLER the lumen or "barrel width" of the needle tube. In needle gauges #'s, however....think of opposites: # 19 gauge is "wider" than a # 25 gauge, which is much smaller, used for subcutaneous injections such as insulin.

I am going to give my two cents on tongue rings, sorry in advance. Having very little to do with pregnancy, I say take it out. I got mine done when I was 18. Prior to that I had great teeth, never had a cavity or anything. I took it out when I was like 24 or 25 and ever since then my teeth have taken a rather rapid turn for the worst. I am now 32 and so far I am missing two teeth, luckily they are back teeth, that I had to have pulled because there was no saving them.

Thats really weird I have four peircings currently and five tattoos and never been asked that! And no belly rings don't have to be removed, there are pregnancy belly rings you can buy! Thank god because that's my favorite peircing I have.

I have been getting small white spots on my tongue for about a month now. At first it is a small white spot that over a a few days gets larger. it seems to get larger as the days go by. I always get it in the same spot and it goes away after about a week. It seems to come back within a two week period. i not sure what to do or if i have an disease. Also as the spot gets bigger, it turns red in the middle. I do have asthma and use an inhaler but this has never happened to me before.

So that being said we proceeded to stretch his ears from like a 6g to a 0g so we sterilized my old gauges and I would lube the gauges for him and he would slide em through his ears never bleeding from a 6g to a 4g then to a 2g and this whole time he never complained about pain or it hurting and he did not seem to bleed at all. I did handle the tapers that he would give to me after being in his ear without any gloves.

My tongue started out very sore and dry, I could not handle spicy foods or mouthwash and I got white rings under my tongue off and on. My tongue is now less sore and the white rings have gone away, but now I have white patches that definitely look like hairy leukoplakia. Sometimes my throat is little sore and I have a slight cough. I used to think my HIV risk was low but now I'm not sure.

yeah for the past few days i thought i just had strep again, but my left earlobe went numb yesterday. i have gauges ears and just recently went to a size 00. i've been using wood gauges so i thought they swelled while i was in the shower and thats why theyve been feeling funny, so i researched and didnt find anything as far as numbness and gauging then i saw this. i've had what i thought was strep throat about 20-30 times in my life (i'm 18) but this time it's different.

Ok so 2 weeks ago I used my girlfriends gauge to pierce my ear lobe and back in april me and her got treated for chlamydia and now have no symptoms. Now the gauges she let me use im sure had dried blood on them from when she used them but I sterilized it with peroxide ( I don't know how well but I did ) now is their a risk of me getting HIV or Hepatitis from using her gauges and "IF" the dried blood on the gauge wasn't sterilized well enough got into my wound.

Considering that in 2007 it was estimated that 36.1 million people live with HIV, even if this case was beyond doubt (and I can't help being a tiny bit skeptical) you can't get more unlikely odds than that. After two years the piercing would be perfectly healed anyway, so there is no risk at all on that front.

I've hooked up a girl about a month and a half ago and little white bumps apeared on my tounge maybe 3 days later they didn't really hurt a lot but there annoying and I still think I have them I'm really scared there nothing wrong with the inside of my mouth no res rings around them nothing on my lips throat nothing can any one help me?

My white tongue is covered with some milky film, changing size from full to half covered, sometimes showing red and white rings for few days, also sometimes I have a burning sensation on my tongue.....Also, I have a periodical sore throat with white patches on my throat back. I have tried with NISTATINE drops, gel, tablets but no luck...

she said about the belly piercing that taking it out so much and poke the baby but i rarely take it out and another friend said its bad with a tongue ring because it could take the metal with food that goes down but it's not like my tongue rings peals lol

2- My wisdom teeth are growing up . This is 2 reasons , but i dont know Which causes to bad breath my gums around wisdom teeth coming out Blood when i use floss i went to the dentist to clean my mouth every six months ! i always clean my tongue every day !three times! but bad breath renewed!!!! now tell me what can i do ? Do you advise me to take off my wisdom teeth I'm not sure it's the reason? Or Dislocated internecine premolar that were proven Orthodontic?

I have had these white rings near the back of my tongue and one on the tip of my tongue for a few months now. I can scrape them off with a tongue brush but they keep reappearing every morning. They don't change location, they're generally in the same place every time. I thought it might be thrush, but I have had two different doctors run fungal swabs and both came out negative for fungus.
