Is anyone else throwing up after taking prenatal vitamins? It doesn't happen every day, but when it does happen I'm only throwing up the gummy vitamins I've been taking. This is my first pregnancy and I'm only 6 weeks.

it. any ideas on how to stop the diarrhea? amd settle my stomach?

Hi I'm 14 and for some reason have been throwing up after breakfast and not being able to keep food down in the morning. At first I thought I was allergic to eggs so I cut those out of my diet but I keep throwing up!! So the prenatal vitamins I am currently taken prescribed by my doctor are absolutely awful! I cannot take them without gaging and throwing up. I feel sick about an hour later and it lasts throughout the whole day. I've been doing research about different vitamins I could take and I found the most best one seems to be belly bar which is a chewable prenatal vitamin. But I was wondering if anyone takes other vitamins that isn't a huge horse pill?
For the past year ive been having trouble throwing up after meals and constipation. it will feel like a pressure in my chest and feel like i need to belch however food comes back up. This can last for up to an hour after eating and i can get chest pain and some abdominal pain with it. If i drink water after a meal the vomiting can be more forecful. The problem can go and go and last between a few days to a few weeks. it seems to subside for maybe a week or so and then comes back.
If you should treat yourself a food that might not be the best choice, just make up for it in the day or two after. Keep your treats to a minimum and just keep the portions small. Everything in moderation. Keep a food diary so that you can keep track of what you are eating and how you are eating. It will help you figure things out.

Yea feed baby. But try more burp breaks in between. He's drinking too fast. Shows a good appetite. That's awesome.
