Massage (with tennis ball, someone elses elbow or massage chair) offer some relief but it is often short lived.

I got my first massage (only $27 for an hr) yesterday, and I have never felt more relaxed in my life. I think that and some of the things you suggested will be my new form of dealing with life's frustrations. As my sister mentioned today, I used to spend almost that much on alcohol every week. I made it through my birthday today completely sober.

I have started treatment for piriformis muscle since last 3 months.Tennis Ball massage on hips, crossing the leg and exercising the muscle.I had gone through certain web sites. I will further search for some more website as you have added some confidence in this diagnosis. I sit ong hours on computer and for teading.This is one of the factor affecting piriformis. i do not have any back issues. I am 78.I have these senseations since 3 and half years.

Hoping it goes away on it's on. I am starting to have some good parts of some days.
