tenofovir has nothing to do with bones mineral density, it is hbv itself that hijacks vdr receptors which control genes for balance of immune system and calcium metabolism
we all have low vit d, very high nagalase levels, low gcmaf, low vdr activation, high normal range parathormone
if you really want to control calcium balance you need (and this may help immunity too)
- check you nagalase and make it normal by adding gcmaf from outside (injections).

That is actually not much better than tenofovir vs tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, the actual substance in Viread. It is 50 times more potent than tenofovir.

Tenovovir, if it would be given orally, would have no effect on HBV.
TEnofovir if given intravenously or sc would still have almost no effect on HBV in the liver. the substance has a high negative charge and cannot easlily penetrate cell membranes.
In chronic hepatitis B, PD-1 and CTLA-4 as inhibitory T cell molecules and FoxP3 as regulatory T cell marker are down-regulated during initial 6 month tenofovir therapy, which could restore HBV-specific T cell function during tenofovir antiviral therapy. The following is a paper from doctors in Francel. It said you can breastfeed whilst your are on Tenofovir because "Tenofovir is not absorbed in the breast milk". However, I have googled and cannot find any reference to this claim. All the best to you and your baby.
