Currently on a clinical trial (TAF vs TDF - double blinded study). Started meds 3 days ago, didn't notice any side effects until later yesterday. I can only describe it as my feet and legs feeling cold. Did some research and it's suggested lactic acidosis. Should I be concerned this early on about this? I'm not sure if it's a side effect of the drug or just the cold weather doing it right now (I also sit under an air vent all day at work). At what point should I be worried?

Flupentixol, also known as flupenthixol, marketed under brand names such as Depixol and Fluanxol, is a typical antipsychotic drug of the thioxanthene class.
It is beyond my limited knowledge to comment about Fluanxol. A quick Google search showed that it is an antipsychotic drug and it can cause hepatitis, elevated ALT, and hepatic failure. Best to consult your doctor.

My guess is: since Viread's patent will expire in 2-3 years, Gilead is trying to come up with a new drug (Well, sort of 'new'). And Agenix is competing with them.

it is only hiv patients to have kidneys toxicity from tenofovir but studies on hiv have no meaning because those patients are mostly drug users and their organs may be already destroyed by unhealthy lifestyles before using antivirals
check the other posts where we posted these results, during tenofovir just monitor creatinine monthly as it should be done on every patients
kidneys toxicity is the less with tenofovir, telbivudine and lamivudine, medium with entecavir and maximum with adefovir.
