Yes, her GFR got worse and she was told to take 1 ADV (10mg) every 3 days for I believe most of her 1.7Y. She originally started at 1/day. More recently, she took 1 ADV every 5 days because of kidney trouble; that's when her virus count jumped back to 3,000 iu/mL, probably due to this weak dosage. So it's probably due to this weak dosage rather than any resistance at this point, don't you think?
Unfortunately, I did not know early and because I have been infected from birth, series of tests confirmed that my viral load was very high and there was mild to moderate cirrhosis. Dr placed me on Tenofovir 300mg immediately and within 3 months, I made significant progress. There was a break in my medication because I traveled and by the time I returned, viral load had gone back to millions.

1. Did you clear hbv while on treatment?

yes this is very dangerous you d better never forget one pill or combo with tenofovir so if you forget one you got the other and you are still protected from resistance
Tenofovir to be taken eraly in the morning with no food for a better absorbtion? (I thought it should be taken with meal)

That is actually not much better than tenofovir vs tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, the actual substance in Viread. It is 50 times more potent than tenofovir.
It is all this improper simplification of callling viread tenofovir.
Tenovovir, if it would be given orally, would have no effect on HBV.
TEnofovir if given intravenously or sc would still have almost no effect on HBV in the liver. the substance has a high negative charge and cannot easlily penetrate cell membranes.
TAF contains less tenofovir than TDF, but it works smarter in the way that more of it gets absorbed in the liver, whereas only small portion of TDF gets absorbed in the liver.
1 tablet of TDF probably corresponds to the strength of 1 tablet of TAF (according to the strength/power of controling the virus), so if you cut it in half, you would be absorbing the half of the TAF/TDF dosage.
Whether that would be sufficient to control your virus, i have no idea.
