ContraVir reports data shows CMX157 more potent against HBV than Gilead Viread
ContraVir Pharmaceuticals (CTRV) announced preliminary data dramatizing the unique properties of CMX157, the company's highly potent lipid prodrug of the successful antiviral drug tenofovir, or TFV. CMX157 was shown to be 60-fold more active than tenofovir against the hepatitis B virus, or HBV, based on in vitro studies.
After 48 weeks of randomised double-blind comparison (trials NCT00117676 and NCT00116805) of tenofovir DF with adefovir dipivoxil, participants (positive or negative for HBeAg) were eligible to enter a 7-year study of open-label tenofovir DF treatment, with a pre-specified repeat liver biopsy at week 240.
I started a course of PEP that included Tenvor-EM (Indian version Emtricitabine/Tenofovir DF) and Kaluvia (generic of lopinavir/retonavir) for 25 days and interrupted it for two reasons:
1-My partner tested Negative(Antigen/ Antibody) on 22 days post exposure
2-Thinking that i might be developing facial Lipodystrophy (slight facial fat loss under cheek bones). I cant tell if my face was like this before the treatment or it is just an illusion.
The Phase 2a will enroll 60 treatment-naïve patients with chronic HBV infection to compare CMX157 to tenofovir DF (TDF, marketed by Gilead Sciences as Viread®). This portion of the study will also consist of a sequential dose escalation, with 10 patients per cohort receiving four weeks of a once-daily dose of either 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 mg of CMX157, and two patients per cohort receiving 300 mg of TDF, the standard dose of Viread®.
hi..i m 28 years old.i have done folicular study. on 7th day L.O - NO df, R.O- NO df,Endometrial thickness is 5mm.on 9th day L.O-No DF R.O -No DF ,endometrial thickness is 6.5mm.on 13th day L.O- Df of 21mm and 17mm and R.O -no DF and thickness is 8mm.I do have thyroid and also taking tabs.Is it normal?

The following is a paper from doctors in Francel. It said you can breastfeed whilst your are on Tenofovir because "Tenofovir is not absorbed in the breast milk". However, I have googled and cannot find any reference to this claim. All the best to you and your baby.

Hi stef good day. U still there?? I have some question stef about taking tenofovir because i dont know what to do. Im start taking tenofovir september 2020 and i notice that february my urine have bubles until now my urine still foamy or bubles but in evening is normal.

Is there a way I can have a prescription from a doctor when buying tenofovir online? Here in the Philippines, the drug is not yet available and the doctors are not prescribing it since it is not available. I'm planning to take tenofovir but having trouble in getting prescription, so i cannot order online.

For starters my she left my DF in the hospital when he was born, but kept all the rest of her children she had a son about 10months b4 my DF and another son 1year after my DF and had 2 more kids after that which she also kept the only one she gave away was my DF now that he is 27yrs old she wants to try to be an overbearing mother she makes me absolutely SICK! sorry for the long post I'm just so pissed off!!!
I took tenofovir from the 3rd trimester and my baby is fine till now but i stopped using it when she 2 months and start again 2 days ago since.
hbv has no symptoms, you may even be dying and feel nothing
tenofovir improves kideys function especially tenofovir+telbivudine in those with kidneys function.
