the baby must have vaccine and hbig at birth
if you plan to cure hbv and try to clear it check hbsag quantity in iu/ml by abbott architect and after you have the baby and finish breast feeding add interferon to tenofovir, hbsag quant decreasing will confirm clearance of virus and interferon must be kept until hbsag undetactable
if no hbsag decrease by 24 weeks on this combination you can stop both interferon and tenofovir but with carefull monitoring of hbvdna ast/alt

The vaccine for Hepatitis A is different to the vaccine for Hepatitis B. There is no vaccine for Hepatitis C. Hepatitis A, B, C are all different diseases caused by different viruses. It just so happens that the diseases all affect the liver and cause inflammation (hence hepatitis - inflammation of the liver).
It has a high rate of drug resistance and toxicity than todays first line drugs entecavir and tenofovir. It can never Cure hbv except rarely where individuals are naturally proned to clear the infections.
Honestly there is no certain cure for hbv today and atleast will not be till next 2-3 years for sure.
s no curable drug available for hepatitis B for now .2 o/o with chronic hepatitis B has cleared the virus . some on treatment (ART) and others not . Some with chronic hepatitis develop hbsag without any treatment and are cured .
what are the tests you have done
You just need to accompany your treatment with good nutrition and supplements .
find a real doctor only tenofovir (3years at least) and peginterferon can be used to cure hbv in sequential treatment

So, I have hepatitis B since birth, my viral load is high so I'm currently on tenofovir.
I'm a female, 23. I'm sexually active, and It's important to care about my reproductive heath so last month, I went to Planned Parenthood to dicuss about birth controls forms.
this is all another story you have messed with drugs worsening hbv, change doctor right away and change drug to tenofovir if you are taking drugs and make a polimerase resistance test (hbv mutants test) because of course you are full of hbv mutants now
the only therapy that works now to stop liver damage (not the virus) is a combo of tenofovir+interferon+alinia.you cant use other type of drus now because you are full of mutants and you will make more if you use other drugs.
One doctor has suggested “TenoHep” and the other one has suggested “Tavin”. Both are Tenofovir medicines and I am confused which one should I start?
The first one is costing around $1 in india and the second one is around 65 cent.
I did little bit internet search about “tenofovir” and came to know once you start these medicines you can’t stop in-between otherwise it might start damaging your lever also you can’t change the medicine in-between if you are seeing any side affect.
