We know the tumor is in a slightly different area than it was originally. He is in treatment (Temodar for the second time) for the third recurrence of his tumor. Honestly, I would just skip it and resume your normal dosing schedule in the am. You are on a every 12 hour schedule, and it would be one thing if it were just off by a little, but you are off by 6, 7 hours.. I can't take them too late in the evening or they screw up my sleeping. I'm at the point that I don't even feel a "high" from them anymore, so I am open to any suggestions as to a taper schedule.
