I take them once a day with the rest of my prenatals. Its fine, make sure you take a vitanin C tablet with it, it helps absorbs the iron faster.

Did you talk with your doctor about taking the two together, like a half hour before bed? I used to take my kpin before bed with some medication that makes you tired together. How does the lunesta work btw?

ve eliminated all sugar and processed foods. I make my own juice with organic veggies, and I eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, and fish. At first it was hard, because it didn't even have the energy to cut up a melon, much less make my own juice, but it has made a big difference in my energy. I just heard from a friend that its not good to have orange juice with or imeeditely after taking the medicine. Is this true? can orange juice make the medicine less effective?

Try taking the iron pills with a spoonful or two of applesauce instead of the orange juice and try using an acid free vitamin C... It does need to be taken 4 hours from, both the levo and liothyronine, but since liothyronine doesn't have to be taken on an empty stomach, like levo, if you can't take it a full 4 hours, just give it a couple hours, if you can... Are you splitting the liothyronine into 2 doses each day?

Ok. So I tried the mixture, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup whole milk. I did this once daily for 2 days but couldn't do it the third day because I got sick and couldn't hold down food or water. I can understand why you're leary about trying the Ambien - I've never had any trouble with it, but of course, everyone is different and how a medication affects one person may or may not be how it affects someone else.
