Avatar m tn I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet). Tadalafil seems to work best although even that doesn't facilitate an erection sufficient for intercourse. So, looking for alternatives, I discovered alprostadil.

Avatar m tn Hi, I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. My doc prescribed me with peroxitene and tadalafil for ED and I completed the medication 5 days back. Now I need to urinate atleast 10-12 times a day even after drinking much less amount of water(only 1-1.5ltr/day).
