cialis

Avatar m tn Outcome and Management The liver injury linked to tadalafil has been self-limited and resolving within 2 to 3 months. There is no known cross-sensitivity between tadalafil and the other PDE5 inhibitors currently in use in the United States, but switching to another PDE5 inhibitor should be done with caution.
Avatar f tn Other medications are metformin 500mg twice daily, Lisinopril 40mg(morning), Trazodone 50. Recently I take tadalafil 10mg and my blood sugar goes very low. I also tried 2.5mg daily at night, again my blood sugar goes very low. I wear a freestyle libre patch. What medications are interacts with tadalafil? Is Viagra will be safe for me?

Avatar n tn Sorry I don't know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
Avatar m tn I am a 67 year old Type 2 diabetic. My ED started around 2 years ago since which time I have never been able to have intercourse with my wife. I raised the issue with my doctors at the outset but they didn't seem interested. Of course, in pandemic UK, you can't get near a doctor anymore. I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet).
Avatar m tn I do have morning erections that are very strong. I sometimes have strong erections when I go to bed, making it impossible to go to sleep without me having masturbate. But why is that when I have a sex partner around that this nuisance occurs. Sometimes I am able to penetrate, but soon after lose hardness, but thrusting brings the hardness. I have used sildenafil and tadalafil both with good effect, but I am not sure how safe are those.
Avatar m tn s with all drugs , all side effects will be there , but i would say about 6 to 10 hours in your system , take care
Avatar m tn Hi, I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
Avatar m tn You may have given some insight into the issue - high BP can be due to narrowing of arteries, and of course erections depend on good blood flow to the penis. You might look into ‘shockwave’ therapy for ED - it uses a particular frequency of acoustic shockwaves that break up arterial ‘plaque’ in the penis & increase blood flow. It has worked for some guys to restore function. One well-known one is ‘Gaineswave’ but there are others, they're fairly expensive.

Avatar f tn My husband takes cialis/Tadalafil, I know what it is used for but he is telling me this pill helps with swelling in his feet and legs, Is this true?
Avatar m tn (Sildenafil mainly and tadalafil). But I took a quarter of the recommended dosage and it worked. I still take it a couple of times a week, but I'm trying to get rid of it. It could be it? I don't think so... but anyway... What do you guys think? Should I be worried? Help me!
Avatar m tn Did the doctor tell me to stop taking it too soon? should I start taking trazodone again for a longer time? How long should I keep taking the Trazodone to completely overcome the performance anxiety? I feel confused because I read that Trazodone sometimes have a reversed effect if taken for too long. Please advise me.
Avatar f tn Hi. So did you take the dose as prescribed by your doctor? That's within the range of dosing offered. But not likely where someone is started if you are new to it. Has it worked for you before? One of the biggest issues with it working properly is timing of sex. Too soon, won't work right. Too long after taking it, won't work right. Another way it is prescribed to help is to take a lower dose (often 2.5 mg) but every day at the same time each day. Then it is in your system.
Avatar f tn The thought and question of the sudden ED is draining me and getting me more worried about it and most likely worsening the situation, please I need an advise on how to move on.

Avatar f tn What is the best way to take levoxyl 175mcg tablets? Is it okay to take it in the am with all your other meds?
Avatar n tn Are you on cytomel ONLY? What are your thyroid levels - FT4, FT3 and TSH? Do you have Hashimoto's? 50 mcg cytomel seems like a lot - and I would most likely split it into at least 2 doses, but that would depend on your labs. I wonder why she didn't give you any T4 med. cytomel is a T3 only med which is about 4 times more potent than T4 and is taken into the system quickly and is gone quickly, whereas the T4 med builds gradually.
