Now recently I had a skin ***** test and tested 4+ to all except almonds which I didn't even get a reaction to(!!)...but pine nuts were not included. Simply, the bits of nuts and seeds get caught in little "pockets" in your intestine. You should see your doctor to rule out diverticulosis. If it is diverticulosis, it could progress to an inflammation (the called diverticulitits) and this can be serious if left untreated.
