I see my physician in Montgomery but I have been a patient in that practice for over twenty years. I lived in Montgomery for a number of years, so when I moved back to N. Alabama and was having so much trouble I called my old doctor in Montgomery, bless his heart! He was happy to have me back in their practice. It's just a long drive every month. I have noticed in maybe the past year or so that there have been changes to my breasts. You would have to find a doc who does office methadone maintenence. A pain doc or clinic won't take someone from a clinic. I've been in this situation and it's a tough choice. You may have to make a tough choice or find a substitute drug.

Thank you, Paul. My mammogram and ultra sound both revealed nothing. I almost began to think I imagined it in another life of some sort (of course I don't believe in other lives). But the doc said that she'd never seen anything like what I described, and explained what the primary purpose of those glands is. Anyhow, it looks like everything is okay.
