8573748 tn?1398993081 I've been taking Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System since a month before I got pregnant & I really love them. Have never been sick once from them. They're made from food based nutrition & superfoods so they're very gentle on the tummy. They promote healthy brain, eyes, nerves, Boone, teeth, & blood. I totally recommend checking them out online or just giving them a try. I also take Nordic Naturals Prenatal DHA twice a day. For me, the two are a perfect combo.
Avatar f tn Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days. I have opted to skip a few days between the smoothies to see if there is a difference in my stool and yes, today, that are somewhat (minor) more consistent and compacted. HELP. Should I be worried?

Particular nutrient deficiencies are associated with reduced energy and chronic tiredness include iron, magnesium, B12 and folic acid (B9). Opiates often depletes the body of vitamin C as well. That is just a few notable mentions.
Avatar f tn Hi marie, I have been on antidepressants for a long time and I do know thAt you should always report your side effects to the doctor. He can help you decide if they are worth taking that medicine or you need to switch to another. There are quite a few different medications for depression now with few side effects. Sometimes smaller side effects like dizziness will go away after your body becomes accustomed to the med.
Avatar m tn Lots of vegatables including dark leafy greens, whole grains, and a reasonable amount of fish especially those which have the omega fatty acids. The book named "Superfoods" has a good list and I think these are commonly listed online. If you remember to blink more and look away from your computer occasionally, you will improve regarding your blurriness. Keep the ambient air more humid and try some artificial tears.
Avatar f tn Wow! Very interesting! At first, I thought for sure he would either be selling it himself on the website or get a percentage from advertisers selling chlorella or spirulina...but he specifically points out that he does not benefit from any of this. So that does make it more credible to me. I haven't read all of it yet, but I will! So sorry about your IVF cycle...
Avatar f tn There is no abnormal signal intensity of the brain parenchyma. The ventricles, sulci and cisterns are within normal limits. No shifts of the midline structure is seen. No abnormal extra-axial collection is observed. There is diffuse mild mucosal thickening at the nasopharynx, may present lymphoid hyperplasia. The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are not remarkable.

Avatar n tn My son is 15mo old and the pickiest eater, we let our son eat only finger foods. Let him pick up the foods he likes and feed himself. The book called baby Superfoods was helpful too. Is your son thin or a low weight percentile ??? mine is. Whaty do you think ???
1946844 tn?1343699387 Thanks for the warm welcome. I did read the threads on negative MRI's and it was quite helpful. Until they find otherwise I'm going to assume I have MS. At least I know I have a clear MRI brain and have ruled out a brain tumor.
Avatar f tn Because some research has shown that women with PCOS are insulin resistant, we need to really watch our sugar intake, while eating LOTs of raw, whole, live fruits, veggies, and superfoods..This along with exercise, stress reduction, (yoga is the best for me) and supplements have been shown to help other women.. I have been pretty down lately, due to the hair loss and skin problems, and have yet to give the natural path a complete go of it.
Avatar f tn Lexapro, brain damage? Probably not any more chances of it causing brain damage than you drinking soda... msg in your doritoz... **** in your cereal... haha. If it's helping, then that's a good thing! =) I'm sure the anxiety itself before could have left some damage to the brain cognitively... but not like "brain damage"... like burning holes in your brain or anything. lol. Lexapro is good, I take it too.
Avatar m tn Things for anxiety slow you down. Things for energy sometimes speed you up, increasing anxiety. Ashwagandha is usually a good choice. Eleuthero is often a good choice -- I take both. Perhaps you just need time to get used to it. I've never heard of Organic India, so I can't comment on the company. I would have bought it from Planetary Herbals just because it's an old herb company owned by herbalists who started before this became big business. I trust them.
120574 tn?1240767840 My friend after 10 months of avastin and cytoxan, the cancer went to the brain. They are talking about radiation, anyone have info on this?
Avatar f tn This method does not work for everybody as someone with a bit of claustraphobia will find it nearly impossible to hold the bag in place long enough for the balance to be restored. I usually use this method as I will begin to calm down as soon as I see the bag inflate and deflate at slower and slower rates. When that happens, I notice immediately that my heart rate is slowing down........I am breaking the cycle! Heart rates in the 140's and even higher happens.
Avatar f tn blurry vision for about a week. When I walk my left foot will get a buzz in the heel or slight numbness. Now I have numbness in my lady parts. My question ladies do any of you get this? Some of these symptoms are subsidizing a little. Are these all symptoms of ms? I have seen a Neuro in April. Have had nerve tests, evoked potentials and everything is ok I am told.I just don't feel right.
1713150 tn?1314467342 My understanding is that it is less about brain swelling and more about the inflammation of the endothelium of the blood vessels (the Blood Brain Barrier) in the brain. The idea is to restore the BBB. The bigger part of the equation seems to be that steroids stop the action of B and T lymphocytes and natural killer cells (NKC).
