Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days. I have opted to skip a few days between the smoothies to see if there is a difference in my stool and yes, today, that are somewhat (minor) more consistent and compacted. HELP. Should I be worried?
But how come I have any psa at all if I haven’t got a prostate? I can only conclude that the cancer is coming back. Am I correct with this assumption?
I don’t know the details of the surgery measurements but was told the cancer was contained and that’s all.

I am not much on people being lazy during pregnancy but i would def reccomend it for you. Dont lift anything heavy at all. Treat yourself like you would treat that baby. And i eould talk to the dr about having sex. Usually it is perfictly fine but may not be in your case. And dont worry about it either bc stress isnt good for either of you. But if it does happen, it is not your fault and nither were the other ones.
The more you stress the worse it is for your baby. Also try pregnant yoga its amazing what stretching can do for your mind. Eat some pregnancy superfoods like greek yogurt or beans or my favorite popcorn its a whole grain.. Its healthy for the both of you and gives your baby extra nutrion. I also agree that a good diet is a must, not just for us but for everyone. I take in a gel cap form.....4,000 IU vit D......vit C & E.....Flax Oil......Milk Thistle. For some reason it seems to me that a gel cap will disolve before it gets flushed.

but just last night my friend and i were having a huge discussion on whether there is a cure for cancer or not. he says there is a cure for cancer, and that what he's studying say there is. I say technically speaking, there is no cure for cancer. sure it can be treated and suppressed, but never FULLY cured. cancer is a genetic defect, you cant really cure it right??
