superfoods

Avatar m tn Lots of vegatables including dark leafy greens, whole grains, and a reasonable amount of fish especially those which have the omega fatty acids. The book named "Superfoods" has a good list and I think these are commonly listed online. If you remember to blink more and look away from your computer occasionally, you will improve regarding your blurriness. Keep the ambient air more humid and try some artificial tears.

Avatar m tn A good day to all. I am still dealing with the heat issue here 98* plus and it is hhhhhooooottttttttttt. I am not going back out until the sun sinks tonight to do a few things I want to do today or tonight rather. My neighbors will probably think I have gone mad seeing me outside messing around with a car at night but it is to hot here during the day.
Avatar f tn What is the title of the book. I searched the web for Michael Carr and got nothing that would relate to this.
Avatar f tn I loved this book! Tons if twists & turns! The Operative by Andrew Britton Jack Bauer meets Tom Clancy in this shocking and complex novel from a New York Times bestselling author. Could America’s greatest enemy be attacking from within?

Avatar f tn I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.
Avatar f tn I hope you haven't tried donor egg yet. I HIGHLY recommend the book "The Infertility Cure" by Dr. Randine Lewis. This book gave me so much inspiration after getting the donor egg speech from my RE since my FSH is 15.9 and AMH is .16. I followed the strict organic food suggestions, wheatgrass, superfoods, acupuncture, DHEA, COQ10, and Royal Jelly. I eliminated dairy from my diet as well. I'm currently 3 weeks pregnant naturally.
1183618 tn?1277365106 What a great report you found. I really respect Michael Hollick, MD PhD. (He was one of the medical reviewers of this report) I think he is supposed to be putting out a book on the subject sometime the end of this year. One of my doctors actually spoke to him on the phone in a consult. She found him to be very nice and informative. I will probably have to read this article a couple of times.

798555 tn?1292787551 Lots of adaptogens. Best way to research this is pick up any herb book that covers herbs from all over the world; it'll have a section on adaptogens. Planetary Herbology is a good one, and any book on Chinese medicine will cover this. Ashwagandha, of course, is from ayurvedic, or traditional Indian medicine, and they would necessarily use the term adaptogen, but with herbs having gone global, all systems have been incorporated by herbalists.
