Common Questions and Answers about Sonata vs optima

sonata

Avatar n tn Recently got my papers for cal optima. Yay ! Anyways, I have to pick a primary care provider. Now my question is will the primary care provider be the one that will be helping me give birth or will I keep going with the same dr ?
Avatar m tn I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Avatar f tn another option is to get your doctor to prescribe something specifically for insomnia such as ambien, sonata or trazodone. discuss over the counter options with him such as benadryl and others available. lastly, its great to hear YOU know what works best for YOU. don't discount that.
Avatar m tn Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
Avatar f tn We bought a contours optima tandem stroller and is amazing so far my second soon comes in December but I have tried it out and it manuevers very well! Love it I also love how you can change the seats on it!
Avatar m tn Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
Avatar f tn CalGal is right. I had C.Diff., too, from Oct. 2008 to late Jan./early Feb. 2009, and my digestive system's never been the same since. When I've tried to go off probiotics, I've felt ill. I still take one probiotic pill every day (I vary it, usually either Culturelle or Priva Optima) and 1 Florastor tablet every day (2 Florastor pills if I start having loose stools, or if I'm around someone that's taking antibiotics and/or that's having loose stools.
6927110 tn?1393318669 I had to go onto my own insurance since I'm 20 evem though I was still on my dads insurance for Kaiser. I got Medical & ended up with Cal Optima. So all I got to say is make SURE that you send all the paper work in as soon as you get it & make sure your dr knows of the change and they verify it ! Just yesterday I had a follow up for my anatomy scan but couldn't be done because apparently I forgot to ask my dr to verify me.
Avatar f tn I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
Avatar f tn My heart goes out to you. Has the doctor put you on probiotics yet to see if that helps? The research is mixed, but some studies show that taking a probiotic pill with L. rhamnosus can help. Some studies show lactobacillus acidophilus may help (5-10 billion quantity per day listed on the package.) An example of brands would be Culturelle (lactobacillus) and Nature's Way Primadophilus Optima. (Check with your doctor before taking probiotics.) A pill that has B.
Avatar f tn Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
1580703 tn?1651904887 I was wondering if clonezapem might help PLMD the leg/arm twitching which may be waking me up?
Avatar f tn Weirdly he's into the classics. Beethoven and Mozart. Things like that. Moonlight sonata gets him real still and he doesn't move. When its over he kicks like crazy till I put it back on. Anything played on a piano or violin seems to sooth him. He also loves when I sing to him. Could be anything.
Avatar n tn my dr just put me on sonata for sleep and i am being treated for add w/ritalin,lamictal for bpd, wellbrutrin depression, and nerourotin for nerve pain and a few days ago i started grinding my teeth together, looks like i am chewing gum all the time and i also am making grunting sounds.
Avatar f tn It seems that every time I stop taking ambien for a few days and I'm feeling side effects. When I wake up my head is killing me, my kidneys are killing me, and I can't stop sudden movement. I have tried to stop several times though my doctors and with therapy but its like nothing works. I try to stick with it but if I have to deal with worst side effects. I can't believe I've been in this mess since '09 and I'm taking too many to even my prescriptions out.
Avatar m tn in Tylenol PM), 2 ounces of Nyquil, one Lunesta or Sonata (whichever I can lay hands upon), and one 1 mg Xanax (but not every night, to avoid addiction). When I can take all of it, ninety five percent of the time I sleep within an hour or an hour and a half. Without the xanax it still works about half of the time.
Avatar m tn We found one that was the exact same coverage as my Federal BCBS plan but we found it with Optima for $138. So we applied and they sent out an outside company to do a health screening ie blood pressure, height, weight, and a urine drug test. She failed the drug test because of a very common over the counter medication in Russia called Corvalol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corvalol which contains Phenobarbital which is a schedule 4 drug here in the US.
Avatar f tn Same thing happened to me. I was under my mom for optima insurance. And they wouldn't cover the baby so I switched to medicad and they let me keep the same doctors and everything. And they cover you and the baby 100%.
Avatar f tn I am depressed over this as well as postpartum issues and have just been put on Celexa for anxiety and depression as well as Sonata for sleep by a recommended psychiatrist. The Sonata is too short-acthing though. I called the doc on call but he does not want to prescribe anything stronger until tomorrow, if adding melatonin and/or benadryl does not help. I am currently wearing a holter monitor and have also worn en event monitor recently.
Avatar n tn Getting nowhere with my GP, I saw a Naturopath, and was put on Adrenal force, Thyrolife Optima, and Rosemarinus Officialnalus, along with Evening Primrose Oil. Within a week, I noticed my cystic acne disappear almost completely, my lethargy is gone, increased sex drive... You may need to tweak your diet a bit also. But, highly suggest getting tested for Pcos, and hypothyroidism.
Avatar n tn I'll check up with my dentist since I'm still waiting on my cal optima I have to search hard for a dentist .
