Back when I lived in Maryland, my whole life revolved around lacrosse. I became a runner to stay in shape for lacrosse and started running races and training for a half marathon. That was the best thing that happened to me; it kept me close to my dad that had the same passion but lived 3,000 miles away. Now that I've moved to Colorado, this being my parent's idea, I can't accomplish the same dreams.
I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
another option is to get your doctor to prescribe something specifically for insomnia such as ambien, sonata or trazodone. discuss over the counter options with him such as benadryl and others available.
lastly, its great to hear YOU know what works best for YOU. don't discount that.
I'm a college athlete (I play both varsity soccer and lacrosse) so we have lifting/running programs for the offseason. I've been lifting for a while now and I've noticed that my left pec is larger than my right. The left one is about the size I want it to be, maybe a bit smaller, but my right one really needs to grow. I'm wondering how I could fix this problem.
Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
It rained .. but we went to a lacrosse game. I also cleaned out my closet of old clothing that will never fit .. and I donated a few bags! And, of course, did some sneezing from the dust!
History-Last march I injured my right knee playing lacrosse, I am 13 years old.I was sprinting and pivoted on my knee and heard and felt a pop. There was some swelling after the initial injury. I saw an orthopedic surgeon and was told it was either a possible tear in my acl, strain, or cartilage damage. The MRI came back negative. I decided to just play through the pain because it wasnt unbearable and the season was almost over. I went to lacrosse camp and it really started bothering me.

My son experiences burning feet, like thier on fire and when he plays Lacrosse he is miserable and it dominates his mind. We went to all the specialists and they perscribed him gabapentin and it doesn't work and they say that he should up the dose, but it makes him tired especially at school. We are at our wits end and need advice on what might work. Thanks in advance.

t itchy, but is painful and developed through the course of lacrosse pactice. Feels like a cyst. Not *****. Is it possibly somethin benign. Have had the same monogomous relationship for four years, and just popped up today. Had something similar once before, but it was smaller and popped like a pimple and was gone for good.
I have injured the area before, and been to an orthopaedic surgeon and ha e been told its OK, even though all i had taken was an xray. So I have injured it playing lacrosse and having it bend like it would bend in a skiers thumb injury. After the most recent injury in November 2011, my doctor gave me a splint which I wore for about a month from direction.
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I also have him rub some pain rub into my hips and back (made by a friend using essential oils). Also yoga poses and rolling against a wall with a lacrosse ball (tennis ball would work too, it's just not as hard).

While I was playing lacrosse, I was checked in the penis. Basically, someone used their stick and accidentally hit me there. I was in pretty severe pain for about 20 minutes, but after practice I was pretty much fine except for a little sore. I woke up in the morning not feeling sore, and without any swelling or bruising. A few days passed, and I realized that I hadn't had an erection in a while. I am unable to get blood flow to my penis for an erection, even after watching porn.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
My 16 yr old daughter got a concussion during lacrosse practice on Wednesday, she is went from being very friendly and loving and happy to extremely Moody and emotional. I know this is normal but is there anything I can do to help her? Lately I find myself having to walk away and take a deep breath and remind myself that this is not her normal behavior and only because of the concussion.
Hi, I have been lifting weights and other gym exercises with a trainer and by myself for the last year and a half. Last two weeks I got a stabbing pain in the left shoulder blade (middle outer area). I have had a massage and rolled it with a Lacrosse ball and that didn't work. I then found that my front left pec muscle hurts to the touch. I also had trouble moving my left arm backwards. My trainer is a master trainer so he knows a lot about injuries and things they are connected.
