The BILT is bilirubin. Bilirubin is a major breakdown product of hemoglobin which is derived from red blood cells that are being broken down in a 'normal' fashion via the spleen. I think I've read that all the Bs are water soluble, so they should pass out of your system quickly, I would guess (but I'm not medically trained, so don't know for sure).
I too take B complex supplements, some of which run up into the thousands% of daily requirement, like B-1, which is 3,333% of MDR.
Given that the Bs are supposed to just wash out of your body, it seems like it might be something else, but this is a question for your doc.

I as wondering what would cause my cervix to hurt every day and not go away? I've been tested for all stds other than trich and I don't have any discharge.. it feels like my cervix is heavy.. i do have an ectropion cervix? Visited primary care physician today, she took urine test and said there was lot of blood in urine and thought might be a kidney stone and told me to do x-ray and after that she said there is no kidney stone she said me to drink plenty of water and prescribed me ciprofloxacin hcl 500mg and told me come back after 2 weeks

I have a history of kidney stones and the bacteria from UTI's causes my stones. My urologist told me Crystal Light lemonade, or real lemonade and citrus fruits help with urinary tract. In December 07 I had unprotected sex with a girl I was kinda seeing. It happened twice... once in late November and the second time in Mid-December. About two weeks after the second encounter, I had pain while urinating and only a little bit came out. I went to the doc, blahblahblah and they prescribed me some Doxycycline which after three days gave me a hard time breathing so I was switched over to Ciprofloxacin.
After 9 days of taking ciprofloxacin I went to a virologist and he have me Bactrim F which I have been taking for 5 days but still very little improvement. Pain has sort of moved more from testicles to urethra. Im very desperate and my body and mind are exhausted from this ordeal. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.

It is difficult to say if they are due to the underlying disease or due to ciprofloxacin. You should consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and diagnosis.
Then I panicked and ran to the nearest pharmacy and and took 1g of Zithromax, 400mg of Cefixime and 2x500g of Ciprofloxacin. I am planning to take additionally 500mg of Ciprofloxacin 2x daily.
My questions are now 1) Are these treatments effective so soon after potential exposure or do I have to wait and see if I get symptoms and then repeat the treatment? 2) Will these treatments generally cure Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphills or do I need others?

after protected sexual contact and attending water festival i started having penile discharge which looked clear, doc gave me amoxillin 1g for 7 days without any tests, still symptoms were there so he advice me to take same med for 7 days more, no improvement. then he gave me azithromycin 1g and inj rocephin (ceftriaxone) 1g.

I am then given a weeks course of Ciprofloxacin, which makes little difference. I am also given a Fluconazole tablet for Thrush (just in case.)
At this time I also notice a reddish / irritated area around my urethra on the glans, some of the skin is shiny / wrinkly darker/ sometimes red patch. Doctor considers this irritation (But its been there now for 5 weeks.) It resembles 'some' if the milder symptomatic images I've seen of psoriasis of the glans.
C count is now decreasing and the blood is gone too. I am on Ciprofloxacin. Drinking lot of water. By the way, culture did not grow any bacteria but my W.B.C was too high on the first day of urine examination.
I have a question, After 7 days of 250mg Cipro, do you think this will totally go away? I just don't want to risk my Kindney. Will culture help when the bacterial count is low.
