Hiya. I actually have ibs. Try eat
easy to
digest foods for a week or so, see how that works. I'll make a diet guide below.
Start:
- Steam or boil all your food: fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, ... It will make it easier to digest.
- Best vegetables: courgette/zucchini, carrots, pumpkin, celery, chicory, cucumber, fennel (that i can think of)
- No meat, yes to fish an chicken (not to much tho)
-Rice, quinoa (gluten free!)
-Sugar free apple sauce, steamed pears,...
- No spices.
