I have seen one doctor urologist and he suggeseted one test Office Sildenafil Test. Its not available at India. The main problem is I am getting erection while masterbating but after that I cannot. Even I used to go 3-4 times before back to back now that is also not happening.
My doctor told me the delayed ejaculation is common with 50 mg dosage of Sildenafil and he said that Sildenafil 25 mg should be adequate and will not lead to delayed ejaculation.
I don't smoke and have no other major health problems. Is it useful to have intercourse 3-4 hours after taking the pill (25 mg), to slightly reduce the effect of the pill on ejaculation ?

I am 54 yrs old, I am being treated for constant back pain due to ruptured disks (I at this time do not want fused or metal in back) so I do take meds daily but I did not see anything that would cause issue. This ED started before the back issue and even when I get erect it will not stay erect although I can ejaculate. Sometimes it feels as though it becomes more erect after ejaculation. I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. I know that drugs like Viagra etc,,, are used for pulmonary hypertension as well as erectile dysfunction. I'm a nurse and had a guy come on our floor with sildenafil as a regular medication. I asked the doctor why and he said the pulmonary hypertension. So I could see a use for what your husband said.
Hello! My son is 4month 10days today. My son was born in indonesia and uptill 3months he had his vacvinations in indonesia itself. Since one month i have come to india for vaccation and his 4month vaccination for DTP- HIB and Polio is pending. I m concerned about getting him vaccinated here in india as brand for vaccination will be different from indonesia.
