My doctor told me the delayed ejaculation is common with 50 mg dosage of Sildenafil and he said that Sildenafil 25 mg should be adequate and will not lead to delayed ejaculation.
I don't smoke and have no other major health problems. Is it useful to have intercourse 3-4 hours after taking the pill (25 mg), to slightly reduce the effect of the pill on ejaculation ?

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.
I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?

I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. Hi - I'm new here. I have pre-diabetes (about 2 years now) and have autoimmune degenerative neuropathy (CIDP for 26 years) unrelated to diabetes. I am not overweight, and am 32 years of age. My question is: does inflammation in the nervous system cause alterations in glucose metabolism? I'm currently having multiple daily bouts of hypoglycemia - my doctors can't/won't answer my question. I'm taking IVIG, Imuran and Ultram - no steroids or antidiabetics.
71 is normal but again I felt horrible, weak, shaky, anxiety, etc. Could this be something other than Hypoglycemia? Before I had lunch I ran 2.5 miles on the treatmill and felt fine so this is beginning to puzzle me.
(I think he was embarassed to call and say I was having leg cramps). I told him this was something more than just leg cramps. The hypoglycemia episode followed by SEVERE leg cramps and then nausea concerns me. I have hypoglycemia episodes once or twice a week but do try and control the with diet and excercise. Sometimes I really do not know why they come, yesterday was one of those instances. I have NEVER had any sort of cramps or nausea following an episode. Is this normal? Common?
