Hepatic Impairment

The pharmacokinetics of sildenafil in patients with severely impaired hepatic function (Child-Pugh Class C) have not been studied. I am 54 yrs old, I am being treated for constant back pain due to ruptured disks (I at this time do not want fused or metal in back) so I do take meds daily but I did not see anything that would cause issue. This ED started before the back issue and even when I get erect it will not stay erect although I can ejaculate. Sometimes it feels as though it becomes more erect after ejaculation. I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
I do think that Viagra was originally developed for blood-pressure issues, and the erectile side effect was noticed later. Maybe this is also true for Cialis. But I'd ask a doctor, (especially if your husband never had swelling in his feet and legs.
Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. My questions isn't whether this is effective - it certainly is. But is there any risk to doing this? I moved so I don't have a doctor right now.

The chatter like movements that you describe is known as “jitteriness”.
Neonates have an immature nervous system which gradually develops as they grow. This might cause jittery movements in some infants for the first several weeks of birth.
If it is present occasionally since birth and your infant is otherwise healthy/active, I do not think this is something serious.
However, jitteriness can also be caused by some metabolic conditions such as calcium insufficiency.
