Does Sildenafil or actually having sex drastically lower blood pressure?
I made the following measurements and I do not understand the BP fluctuations?
1 hour after taking 60mg of Sildenafil - BP 146/94
After having sex - BP 125/77
In the morning - BP 160/102
Can Sildenafil be taken as a medicine to lower a BP?
What might have caused such big BP fluctuations specifically after night rest?
Hepatic Impairment
In volunteers with hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class A and B), sildenafil clearance was reduced, resulting in higher plasma exposure of sildenafil (47% for Cmax and 85% for AUC). The pharmacokinetics of sildenafil in patients with severely impaired hepatic function (Child-Pugh Class C) have not been studied. A starting dose of 25 mg should be considered in patients with any degree of hepatic impairment [see Dosage and Administration (2.5) and Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].
I am 83 and take Sildenafil once a week before breakfast and sex. I usually have an upset stomach for 1-2 hours after. It's the price I pay for sex.

Firstly, I was told by doctors then it was probably pschological. It continued and I was given priscription (prescription) drugs(sildenafil up to 100mg) which worked temporarily and in a lot of instances unsatisfactorily. I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
I do think that Viagra was originally developed for blood-pressure issues, and the erectile side effect was noticed later. Maybe this is also true for Cialis. But I'd ask a doctor, (especially if your husband never had swelling in his feet and legs.
Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. My questions isn't whether this is effective - it certainly is. But is there any risk to doing this? I moved so I don't have a doctor right now.

Stupid i know and this really have me depressed. I think i had a priapism for 16 hours the first time i took three at once. Went to a urologist who just examined me with his hands and said i have no damage and dont worry about the dosages i took just dont do it again im scared because the fda said they contained sildenafil. And i thiught they were all natural. And after i took them the instructions are online it says never go kver one pill every 24 hours.

Like most on this forum, I feel guilt for not having caught this sooner. The side affects of taking the sildenafil are similar to symptoms of renal failure so I fear that we may have lost a couple of months without realizing it.
I know that given all of his health issues my little guys prognosis is not great. But now I am at the point where I start to wonder where to go from here.
