Side Effects of Penegra?
Like all medications, Penegra (sildenafil) can cause some side effects. These are usually mild & tolerable and don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses of Penegra.
Viagra is contraindicated in patients receiving aid donor of nitrogen oxide, organic nitrates or nitrates in any form. Sildenafil enhances the hypotensive action of nitrates.
I was diagnose with clogged arteries over a year ago. I even had a stent put in because one of my arteries was ecluded. I still had stable angina every time I did some for of cardio activity or is I ate something with sodium. I started using Nitroglycerin patches and even have the pills just in case my angina episode occurs.
I had a date and I read online that you can't take viagra and any nitrates cause it can drop your blood pressure really low.

She has had severe gas problems even before she started Sildenafil and currenlty she is taking drokin , flunil and happi which is an antacid there is relief but the pian comes back ...
the pain is majorly in the upper abdomen along with a tight feeling and sometimes in the right side!!

My doctor told me the delayed ejaculation is common with 50 mg dosage of Sildenafil and he said that Sildenafil 25 mg should be adequate and will not lead to delayed ejaculation.
I don't smoke and have no other major health problems. Is it useful to have intercourse 3-4 hours after taking the pill (25 mg), to slightly reduce the effect of the pill on ejaculation ?

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.
I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?

In volunteers with hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class A and B), sildenafil clearance was reduced, resulting in higher plasma exposure of sildenafil (47% for Cmax and 85% for AUC). The pharmacokinetics of sildenafil in patients with severely impaired hepatic function (Child-Pugh Class C) have not been studied. A starting dose of 25 mg should be considered in patients with any degree of hepatic impairment [see Dosage and Administration (2.5) and Clinical Pharmacology (12.3)].
I am 83 and take Sildenafil once a week before breakfast and sex. I usually have an upset stomach for 1-2 hours after. It's the price I pay for sex.

I don't have ED but I was curious if my erections could be stronger. I spoke with my doctor and tried Cialis and Viagra. Since they have much different half-lives, I thought I'd try the following: Taking 10-20 mg Cialis every 2-3 days, then taking 20-40 mg Viagra (generic sildenafil) before sexual activity. My questions isn't whether this is effective - it certainly is. But is there any risk to doing this? I moved so I don't have a doctor right now.

Some people may want the info or not but i will post what i found. Deli meats, ham, bacon, sausages and other cured meats contain nitrates which if eaten daily "can" be harmful to developing fetuses. Nitrates are carcinogens and "can" cause cancer.(note the can in quotes, not saying omg if u eat bacon u will die lol) Nitrates when digested in the stomach turn to carcinogens in the stomach acid.

Pain after Water-Melon: Mystery solved....
I have been suffering form PME from the beginning and it was quite serious for few days back. I never reveled it to my gf and tried to masturbate one or two hours before intercourse and it went fine for few days. Firstly, I was told by doctors then it was probably pschological. It continued and I was given priscription (prescription) drugs(sildenafil up to 100mg) which worked temporarily and in a lot of instances unsatisfactorily. I have had a partner for 8 years that has been on & off. We got seperated for almost 5 years in which she got pregnant & had a kid. When we started this relationship we had tried for a baby but it didnt happen. We are now back together and are trying again.
