She has had severe gas problems even before she started Sildenafil and currenlty she is taking drokin , flunil and happi which is an antacid there is relief but the pian comes back ...

My doctor told me the delayed ejaculation is common with 50 mg dosage of Sildenafil and he said that Sildenafil 25 mg should be adequate and will not lead to delayed ejaculation.
I don't smoke and have no other major health problems. Is it useful to have intercourse 3-4 hours after taking the pill (25 mg), to slightly reduce the effect of the pill on ejaculation ?

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.

Hepatic Impairment
In volunteers with hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class A and B), sildenafil clearance was reduced, resulting in higher plasma exposure of sildenafil (47% for Cmax and 85% for AUC). Side Effects of Penegra?

Sinusitis, chronic bronchitis then COPD. All because doctors refused to treat the sinusitis. Because of this I can't afford the meds that are the staple of COPD treatment. I can't tolerate Advair (causes angina) nor Albuterol (causes worse congestion and coughing).
I have been suffering form PME from the beginning and it was quite serious for few days back. Please quit smoking - when I got diagnosed with COPD a month ago I put down the cigarettes totally. Has your doctor ordered at CT scan of your lungs? You would get better information on the progression of your COPD with a CT scan.
I got a copy of my CT scan - moderate emphasema with scattered ground-glass opticities (still not sure what the ground glass means).

MOST IMPORTANT...Mom needs to stop smoking. those around her could get COPD as I did. and it is not just from smoke but also chemicals and other things you breath in. I hope this helps you and gives you the answers you want.
Firstly, I was told by doctors then it was probably pschological. It continued and I was given priscription (prescription) drugs(sildenafil up to 100mg) which worked temporarily and in a lot of instances unsatisfactorily. I have had a partner for 8 years that has been on & off. We got seperated for almost 5 years in which she got pregnant & had a kid. When we started this relationship we had tried for a baby but it didnt happen. We are now back together and are trying again.
