I take a half of 37.2 phentermine and .150 synthroid can that throw my TSH out of wack. Are you suppose to take these two together. What can it cause if anything?

t have much results with phentermine but I can say that it distracts my brain into not thinking about food. I just stay busy the best I can and try not to be around food. The downside of Phentermine for me was: I usually don't feel it working, Caffeine will counter act mine as well as stress and anything else negative in my life. I also started to take 2 pills then backed off cause it keeps me wired at night.
I have to agree with Peek. The problem with any drug used for weight loss is there are side effects known and possibly not known. Plus these drugs are only effective if used in combination with a proper diet, exercise and behavior modification. Heck, you can lose weight without these drugs if you just follow the proper diet, exercise and behavior modification recommendation. I joined WW on 1/17/08 and have lost 13 pounds to date. Granted, this is slow progress but it IS progress.
I recently started using the pink phentermine tablets to lose weight and I was very nauseous and awful headaches thankfully they went away but now my hands are so itchy and a bit red I don’t know if this is dangerous or not this isn’t my first time using them it never happened any other time

Anyway, I get the pill on an an average of about 3x a year and then I take like 1-2 the first day and then it gets really bad after that 8-10 per day and my speech becomes impaired and my pupils are dilated and my husband gets absoultely irate....Which, I know is understandable. I can get scripts from doctors I know and where there's a will , there's a way.
I have been taking Phentermine for about 3 weeks. I have been going to the gym daily 30-40. I watch what I eat. I mean I don't eat much and I still can't seem to lose weight. I am not hungry so I don't eat much

People are abusing phentermine if they remain on it longer than medically recommended or if they stay on it when they are not losing weight.
I used to love going to the gym, and prefer healthy food. I am up 6lbs since I started phentermine. I am getting annoyed, because I have no energy, and the phentermine only gave me energy for about a week or two, until I was put on that terrible synthroid for 6 months. I am not sure what to do at this point.

I agree with grannieannie -- don't take phentermine while nursing........ in fact, I doubt seriously that you will even be able to find a reputable doctor who will prescribe it, since you are breastfeeding.
You say you are counting calories, so I have to ask what types of food you are eating. You need to eat foods that take longest to break down in the body -- lean protein, high fiber. The longer it takes your food to be digested, the longer you will fell full.
You should be aware that Phentermine is prescribed to be used short-term
for people who are at increased medical risk because of their weight (obesity), as opposed to cosmetic weight loss.
It is a psychostimulant drug with similar action to Amphetamines.
I guess artificial chemical methods to implement cosmetic improvement,
for some reason don't sit very well with me.

I've been taking phentermine for 4 days now. The first day I felt good,lots of energy everything was fine. On the second day I didn't have the same affect.I actually don't feel to well.I haven't been hungry intil today.Been feeling warm in the face and sometimes my ears feel hot. Is this normal? Should I stop taking these pills? I need to lose this extra weight but I don't want to feel like this.
Hello! In July of Last year I was put on birth control pills to help with my diagnoses of PCOS. Long story short, I developed a Massive Pulmonary Embolism in my lungs due to the contraceptives. It did a number to my heart as it passed through. I was then put on blood thinners and Metoprolol. I am now off the thinners but my Heart Doctor kept me on the Beta Blockers because I still had Tachycardia and my blood pressure is still a little high.
I have been taking Phentermine 37.5 and synthroid .088 for about 4 months now. I just found out a few days ago I am pregnant. I figured I should stop taking the Phentermine but I didn't know if it would have any effects on the baby already. Also I did not know if I can continue to take the synthroid?
After my son was born i weighed 180 pounds.I recently started taking phentermine for weight loss but i read that i can gain the weight back because my body will try to gain its normal weight back. My question is will my body feel safe at 140 pounds or will it try to recover the 180 pounds i had weighed?Also i would like to know if there is any chance of me gaining weight while taking phentermine? I follow a low carb diet but i have not seen fast results.
I prescribed60 mg of adderall but one week I had to take left over phentermine and 10mg adderall and my focusing was great and energy and I still do take 1/3 of phentermine a day.
I have increased my exercise on my Elliptical (30-60min/day) and started to eat healthier. How long does it take for phentermine to kick in? Any advice? Anything I should say to my physcian?
I'm in the process of switching to a new dentist and the new patient form I had to fill out asked "Have you ever taken any combination of the drug known as 'fen-phen'. This includes phentermine (Adipex, Fastin, etc) and/or fenfluramine (Pondimin)." What does it matter if I have taken this? I haven't taken fen-phen, but I have and do occasionally take phentermine?
klonopin 1mg, take 4 at at a time along with zanax, usually after i have taken phentermine in the morn along with hydro compound. i have really been abusing ambien and ambien 12.5cr for any withdraws from the hydro. there have been times when i have taken more than 7 at a time. wondering if i am going to wake up to take care of my children.
