You choose music that they have some type of exact beats and they put it on a MP3 player. There are measurements on a GaitRite system that they check every visit. (I am not sure what this is exactly.) I have never been involved in anything like this. What do you all think? A haunted house is a walk through. If anything it'll be good cus of you get scared your heart is gonna pump more blood faster. Though that can cause a problem if you have heart issues. Hi Louise, The more you take your pulse and obsess over the PVCs the more likely they are to persist since stress and anxiety can trigger them. What I "try" to do is shift my focus to something else turn on the tv listen to my MP3 player read.. don't get my wrong I still go thru my obsessive moments.. just had one last night... They have a cople of site that have mp3 files of aa and na speakers and they are pretty good to listen to and it is free to download. If you don't have an mp3 player you can listen off of the computer, but today so many electronic have the mp3 players on them it is a small chance you don't have one.I actually did that I was listening to some files to remember some of my mother language.

I'm a 16 year old female and probably for a year now I've noticed that my heart skips beats. Sometimes it can be from drinking too much caffeine, or getting nervous, but most of the time it isn't. I would describe the beat as being fast around 110 bpm being constant and then having two slow heavy beats within 10 seconds. It goes like beat..beat..beat..Beat......beat..beat..beat..Beat........beat etc. Are these considered PAC heartbeats? 2. Also when I do get stressed or notice a high heart rate it usually lasts for the day and is difficult to calm it down.
