Is anyone familiar with this I just got a prescription because of an inability to sleep and she said it is not habit forming?
Hello! Which sleeping pill is stronger, Belsomra or Rozerem? I take 2 tablets of Belsomra at night for 20 mg plus 2 tablets of Donormil. Should I try Rozerem?
Has anyone tried taking rozerem to help sleep when tapering? I tried Abien a few years ago and it wired me all night. Last night, I took ,1 clonidine and 2 soma and I just knew that would put me to sleep and all it did was give me a big buzz and i was wired for a few hours.
I know I just need some sleep!
She also has a sleep disorder that we finally saw a pediatric sleep specialist for-- now she uses a blue spectrum light every morning. Occasionally, we use Rozerem 8mg (prescribed by the peds sleep specialist) --but only occasionally when we are unable to do her light therapy. Is there any connection between sleep disorders & early adrenarche? And is this adrenarche when it is only her axillary area involved?

One good option you could ask your psychiatrist about is the medication Rozerem which works to adjust the sleep cycle and is safe and non addictive. There are other options as well but that's one worth asking about. Also it might be a simple matter of timing. If a medication keeps you awake at night you could ask your psychiatrist if you could take it earlier in the day and see if that helps. Discuss all this with them and see what they say.
It appears to be similar in efficacy and like Ambien is meant for short term use only. Unless you've tried it Rozerem is one alternative that unlike Ambien or the medication you mentioned or Lunesta does not have a potential for a person to build up a tolerance to it and is an FDA approved medication that works like melatonin to adjust the sleep cycle. You could ask your psychiatrist about that.
I have chronic insomnia amid anxiety disorder. Can I use Rozerem at a dosage of 16 mg if 8 mg will not help?
Trazodone or Rozerem but, in the end, none of them are a solution to insomnia because they don;t work well in the short term and stop working in the long-term. CBT is the only permanent, effective solution.

If you have a valid prescription or refill take it to a pharmacy that's open 24/7. There should be one in your neighborhood or nearby. If not call your psychiatrist and have them call in a refill. Even though its a holiday they'd understand why you would page them in an emergency like this. And if none of that works go to a local outpatient walk in clinic and make sure to show them to old vial to prove that you are prescribed Ambiem.

Feel alot better today, little groggy from cough syrur but it worked with rozerem lol. My question is this, i just noticed im dreaming, vivid weird sometimes night terror dreams that make drenched in sweat. I dont fight em however, i wake up, close my eyes and get right back. I havent dreamnt in years. I just thought to be odd. Is this a good sign toward being over it.? I would think im REM sleeping again if im dreaming. Its odd though, i dont feel heavily asleep.
Can anyone let me know if Rozerem 8mg (RX sleep aid) and Prozac 20 mg (antidepressant) are safe to take with methadone (15mg daily) I am detoxing after 15 years on MMT and have slowly "tapered" my dose from 60mg daily to 15mg daily. There are safer sleeping medications such as Lunesta and Rozerem. My concern about Trazadone is the fact that it can cause tardive dyskinesia. If you are not taking it for depression but as a sleep aid you might want to ask your psychiatrist about the two I mentioned. Best to ask your doc this question, as that person has examined you and knows your full med history. Suggest continuing to work on your anxiety disorder and as you make progress expect your sleep to improve. Ask also about using a CBT sleep training program as a permanent, sustainable, and substance-free solution.

Why do doctors tell us things are not addictive but then you read online that everyone is struggling with being addicted to them? I was prescribed Rozerem and given the generic. I'm terrified to take it. It is to help me sleep but is also a anti-depressant. I just don't understand. The pharmacist even said it is not addictive.
