Saphris had less than 1% risk of high blood sugar in clinical trials, so that should be good
news. It tends to lower blood pressure, not raise it. Therefore, be careful when standing up suddenly, etc.
Any atypical antipsychotic is going to have risks, but if I need to go off one of my meds, I'll definitely ask my doctor about it, it's supposed to be very effective. Good luck!
