Hello! Which sleeping pill is stronger, Belsomra or Rozerem? I take 2 tablets of Belsomra at night for 20 mg plus 2 tablets of Donormil. Should I try Rozerem?
Has anyone tried taking rozerem to help sleep when tapering? I tried Abien a few years ago and it wired me all night. Last night, I took ,1 clonidine and 2 soma and I just knew that would put me to sleep and all it did was give me a big buzz and i was wired for a few hours.
I know I just need some sleep!
She also has a sleep disorder that we finally saw a pediatric sleep specialist for-- now she uses a blue spectrum light every morning. Occasionally, we use Rozerem 8mg (prescribed by the peds sleep specialist) --but only occasionally when we are unable to do her light therapy. Is there any connection between sleep disorders & early adrenarche? And is this adrenarche when it is only her axillary area involved?

One good option you could ask your psychiatrist about is the medication Rozerem which works to adjust the sleep cycle and is safe and non addictive. There are other options as well but that's one worth asking about. Also it might be a simple matter of timing. If a medication keeps you awake at night you could ask your psychiatrist if you could take it earlier in the day and see if that helps. Discuss all this with them and see what they say.
It appears to be similar in efficacy and like Ambien is meant for short term use only. Unless you've tried it Rozerem is one alternative that unlike Ambien or the medication you mentioned or Lunesta does not have a potential for a person to build up a tolerance to it and is an FDA approved medication that works like melatonin to adjust the sleep cycle. You could ask your psychiatrist about that.
I have chronic insomnia amid anxiety disorder. Can I use Rozerem at a dosage of 16 mg if 8 mg will not help?
As I'm sure you all can understand, I am more emotional and sensitive than normal. Anyways, I have a 6year old daughter named Kenadee and recently found out that we are expecting a boy. I have always loved the name Lincoln for a boy and not after the president, Kenadee also wasn't named after a president (big coincidence or maybe I subconsciously do love presidential names). My husband and daughter also love the name Lincoln.
Trazodone or Rozerem but, in the end, none of them are a solution to insomnia because they don;t work well in the short term and stop working in the long-term. CBT is the only permanent, effective solution.

I am at Lincoln medical center (closest) in the Bronx, however, I heard that Montefiore and Albert Einstein are the best in the Bronx, does anyone receive Care at either one and do they accept Medicaid?
