It IS from the Alli, have you read the pamplet that comes with the starter pack? it will explain it all. I had the same issue until I read the info packet. I guess that is why they insist on you getting the starter pack to start with(lol). You need to watch your intake of fat, the more fat you eat the more fat comes out of the other end. Fat is what you are referring to as the greesy orange stuff floating. Alli recommends not to consume more than 15grams of fat per meal.

I missed two pills in a row on Thursday and Friday (im a Sunday Starter). I realized I missed 2 pills on Saturday and took one on Saturday. I rushed to local accident and emergency department and took the starter pep pack for 4 days and I have been advised to follow it up with a sexual health clinic.I have been to the clinic today and I have been advised to stop pep as I had a low risk as i had sex with person of unknown hiv status.Pep has make me feel sick and I am experiencing all the side effects.is it good for me to stop at this point of time or will i be regretting later on if i turn hiv positive.Please help

That's only if you're a Sunday starter. They have two methods for starting your pack, and one of them is to start the first day of your period. That's what I did, and I'm having a super-heavy-long period right now, too.
I was on Yaz for a while, then off it for a few months, and I just went back on. I remember the long period happening last time, too. It'll even out after a while.
