been positive since 1988, maybe even earlier, didnt start on meds till 2007. Norvir, truvada and reyataz are my friends. My cd4 is 700 and viral load is undetectable. very fortunate to have meds at my disposal. I would advise folks who are positice,please take your meds.

I had a Quadruple bi pass back in June of 2012. A couple of weeks ago my cardiologist took me off my Crestor 40 mg. He had bumped me up 20mg a month earlier because my ldls were high. I been hearing this rumor and asked a few hiv counselers about this and they said its completely false. One said that pep only lows concentration in antibodies but has nothing to do with it positive or negative. They said its no documented proof that this happened and never heard somebody testing positive later on cause of pep. Just wanted to know if this is true or just a myth. I also called the pep hotline and they said its just a myth.

Is anyone else on here suffering with depression or anxiety in their pregnancy? I was diagnosed with PND after having my LG and got rid of it fine but have been living with anxiety ever since, I was coping with it fine but since falling pregnant this time my anxiety had definitely worsened and finding the right treatment is tricky.

I know it's a common problem before and after pregnancy. Hang in there! Avoid fatty foods... like anything!!! with cholesterol.
