I'm ebarrassed to say this, but I'm 13 and I have wrinkles on the head of my penis. I believe that this is from me using toilet paper to thrust into, not knowing that it would scan up and leave wrinkles. I think that's the way it just healed. I have never had any type of sex and I need someone to please help me. Is there a way of getting the wrinkles away without talking to my parents about it? Would stopping masturbation help?

ve notice tiny flesh colored bumps that are all over my penis head. They are rough to the touch in one area especially. There are also wrinkles that run vertically. My penis head used to be smooth. It really looks bad when I'm not erect since the bumps and wrinkles press together and look like long growths of bumpy flesh (when erect, they do not).
