When I was young, kids used to tease me and say I had old person hands, and people would constantly tell me to moisturize. Though my hands are dry, the dryness is not causing the wrinkles. I don’t know anything about palm reading, but I like to think that the lines in my hands tell the story that I’ll continue to lead a long, rich and fulfilling life!
I have developed wrinkles on my finger knuckles over the last eight months(both the hands). The skin on the knuckles and the finger joints has been turning dark since then. I have visited a dermatologist and he said that it's not a symptom of any disease and hasn't prescribed any medication. I started using the L'oreal creams and all but nothing changed. The dark skin and the wrinkles look distinctly visible. I am loosing sleep over this because I don't know what to do.

just after you turn off the shower, but while your still in the shower and your still wet, take some baby oil and just put a little in your hands, a little goes a long way, rub hands together then rub the oil all over yourself where your having problems with dry skin. Rub it in good, then just very lightly pat yourself dry with a towel.
It's actually much better for your skin if you can air dry.......but not everyone is willing to do that. Lol! Good luck to you!
im 19 years old and since i was younger there is stages in my life were my fingers get super sensitive,they art getting wrinkles and they even peel off, most of the times it hurts..what can it be?
When I first noticed the wrinkles in my fingertips I thought it would go away with lotion. I think I was exposed to some kind of harsh cleaner at work, but I'm not sure. I've never had any prior problems. No health allergies. No bumps, scales or lesions, and they don't itch. My fingetips are very sensitive though. I went to the doctor for them and they gave me a steroid ointment called Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% it doesn't seem to be doing the job.
But I have noticed my fingertips get prune-like more easily... Even just from washing my hands. Yeah i used to always get the prune-like fingers while in the shower, but now it happens more often and even just after a short shower or hand washing.
I actually am probably dehydrated... I don't drink a lot of water. And I am only 25.

i recently accidently produced wrinkles under my eyes from trying to rub soap out of my eyes in the shower, the soap , and i tried getting it out in the shower by rubbing my eyes because they were stinging and since soap on skin creates a lot of friction i discovered i got wrinkles the next day and the skin under my eyes its a bit more corse than usual. i must of stretched the fibres of my skin im only 20.

Usually this is from touching the eyes and transferring bacteria from the hands. If you have itchy eyes from allergies or dry eyes, you could be rubbing them a lot. Rubbing the delicate eye tissue causes wrinkles, so there are many reasons to avoid it. Also wash your hands, including the nails on both sides of the nail as a lot of germs hang on there.

My eyes were remained red when I switched to Re-Nu, and after wearing my contact lenses with clear care today, they have remained the same.
