Propose that your partner try Avodart. I think it really helps with prostate enlargement. That is what the television commercials say anyhow.

AND women wanting to become pregnant should NEVER touch the pill as it can cause birth defects if they are exposed at all to it.

The burning and itching goes away only to come back sometimes months or weeks later. The other side effects I have if I have nocturnal emissions i sometimes develop a bump where siemen touches for an unknown period of time, fishy smelling siemen and yellowish- off white color. due to long term exposure to whatever this is my penis has become curved in erection. and by the way my lab test came back negative today. my sex partner would only be diagnosed as a bacterial infection.
observation if another biopsy done in 04/09 shows increase in positive cores to 3 or more or if any one core shows 50%+ positive for cancer? Also, is there any current opinion regarding use of Avodart or Proscar while in Watchful Waiting mode? I understand there would be a likely reduction in PSA, but that new PSA baseline be established and return to monitoring of PSA velocity. Not sure what, if any, benefit this would provide.
Believe me, you don’t want this unless it’s to save your life, as in if you’re diagnosed w/ cancer. Look up side-effects of radical prostatectomy - I think you’ll agree this is too extreme for prostatitis. There’s a good chance it will lead to permanent ED - some guys regain partial function (w/ help from Viagra, etc.), and a VERY small % regain most of it, but the majority don’t & many are left w/ permanent ED that even Viagra, Cialis, etc. can’t fix.

Uromax contains tamsulosin which has abnodmal ejaculation as its side effect. Abnormal ejaculation includes ejaculation failure, ejaculation disorder, retrograde ejaculation, and ejaculation decrease.
You can consult your doctor and talk to him regarding decreasing the dose of Uromax or change to 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasetride (Proscar) which can be used for BPH.
s for benign prostate enlargement, and the results were rather mixed. Then Proscar came along and pretty much ended that debate. Saw Palmetto has faded into the background - it's possible you affected your DHT levels, but it will definitely only be temporary. I quit Proscar for that reason, best not to fool around with sex hormone levels, in my opinion.
I will do that it seems the higher dose has created this and I'm not on anything else.
Many AD's have side effects that affect the libido, guess it applies to both sex es. As far as I know all AD's have this drastic effect . Hopefully you'll find one that's OK for you . Good luck.
Yes, I've only been on it a week and I experience the muscle aches and bilateral flank pain as well. In addition, insomnia!

Hi. I am on week 60/72, second round of treatment. I was really really sick after shot for first few months and then this resolved and became tolerable at least. I now find that I am having these same significant side effects later in tx. This didn't happen last round, but I went 48 then. Anyone else have this happen?
Cancer removed May 22, 2007, chemo July 2nd through October 8, 2007, and radiation on left breast November 2nd through December 26, 2008. Side effect from Taxol perminent numb toes, side effects so far from Tamoxifen body temperature changes of warmth then cold. The web page sites and telephone numbers did not have this information.
I have been prescribed Acebutolol for PVC's and I am literally exhausted since beginning this medication but I didn't see that as one of the side effects. Also, my vision is blurred. Is this normal?

Thank you for writing to us here, though I am sorry that you are struggling with side effects from the result of breast cancer medication.
I am also a breast cancer survivor, however as I am triple negative, the hormonal drugs are not effective for me so unfortunately I cant speak from experience.
However, that doesn't mean that I cant find out some interesting information for you in relation to libido and Arimidex.
