I would not be too concerned about enzymes that high, I have seen these well over 300 and as I said, doctors don't usually give it a second thought until it spikes over 150.
Dr wants to put on another statin( saying this has less side effects) and extremly expensive...But I would like to try a Non Statin is there is one on the market, or would there be supplements that are available and have good results?
Mainly I would like names of non statins to research and discuss.
Unfortunately blood pressure meds often (maybe always) have side effects. I find even moderate levels of beta blocker give me some fatigue and some shortness of breath. I have other factors at play but will not move off your topic to bring them in.
I turn 75 in a short time and that doesn't help my fatigue problem either, I just "ain't" a young go-getter any more.

I am a 62 year-old male who has been taking simvastatin for about 30 years. All of my cholesterol-related numbers are in a healthy range, and I have never experienced any serious side effects (e.g., muscle weakness, kidney and liver impairment, etc.). More importantly, I have been experiencing back pain for the past few months and would like to try CBD.
Keep away from medication affecting the Liver (Statins) and take medication to reduce fat absorption in the gut. Food we consume accounts for 25-30% of the fat in the blood and this should be enough and shouldn't affect your HDL at all. I take Ezetimibe daily, just 10mg, and this reduces LDL and keeps HDL high in me. Maybe you could try this.
Since your panic attacks are happening less, are the headaches numerous and a reason that you cannot take the medication anymore? Or are some of the side effects okay with you now that your anxiety is much better?
What does your prescribing doctor say about this? Headaches can also be caused by an endless number of factors in my opinon. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you still under a lot of stress? The point is, that the headaches may not even be related to the medication itself.

How are you? Medication side effects may or may not occur to patients. You were given pain medication, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine and antipsychotic/tranqulizer. You may experience gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting and sedative effects. However, it is important that any sign of allergic reaction such as difficulty of breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. twitching or tremor will warrant immediate attention.
