I can't find the source of my information but I remember reading that metoprolol is potassium sparing drug - meaning it doesn't cause potassium levels to drop. I don't believe that consuming fruit with a high K diet alone would raise K values to the point of side effects. At the moment I am more interested in the magnesium deficiency/arrhythmia information that I have read about. There seems to be something to that side of the electrolyte balance.
You might want to try some supplements like Potassium and Magnesium. Many people suffer from cramps and spasms from a lack of these minerals.
They are available at drug stores.
You might want to talk to a doctor before using Potassium as it can cause problems if you take the wrong amount. - It is a salt substitute.

Chloride there is not much on.
This morning the pain is still there as is some slight nausea though I was able to eat something. Does anyone know of drug interactions between Anacin and Progesterone? Is there something else it could be?
