I started taking Phentermine 30 mg daily on Feb 4, 2009. To date I have not lost a pound. Infact I gained a 2 lbs. I have increased my exercise on my Elliptical (30-60min/day) and started to eat healthier. How long does it take for phentermine to kick in? Any advice? Anything I should say to my physcian?

I was given phentermine 15 mg by a "doctor" at a weight loss clinic. I'm a bit skeptical because of all the negative reviews I have read. I prescribed60 mg of adderall but one week I had to take left over phentermine and 10mg adderall and my focusing was great and energy and I still do take 1/3 of phentermine a day.
yesterday i started taking 1 pill per day of 37.5 phentermine. i also took a b12 shot and a lipo injection shot. when i was weighed in at the doctors office i was 206.4 lbs. yesterday i had no appetite but i forced myself to eat. i drank 100 oz of water and of course i had to pee alot(sorry for the tmi but i need u know everything). i also exercised for 30 minutes. now this is where i am confused. when i was weighed today at the same doctors office the scal said 200 lbs.
I've been taking monthly B12 injections for about 2 years, and 37.5 mg phentermine daily for about a month, and I haven't lost any weight at all. The four and a half pounds that I've lost, I attribute to the boot camp that joined two weeks ago.

m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. I am a biology teacher and am frustrated that medical professionals are not confirming the overwhelming reports of acne being associated with phentermine. Is it a conspiracy????

In January of 2015 I started taking Phentermine in just 3 months I lost a total of 50 lbs it was amazing than I became pregnant and had my baby in December of 2015 I breast fed her for 2 months than I decided to start back with phentermine to my surprise Phentermine was no longer helping me I was doing exactly what I did in the beginning 1200 calories a day 30 min work out 3 times a week but I would get crazy hungry at night I felt light headed and even though I worked out I still felt so lazy

I asked him if theses two meds who interact with one another and his response was no . I guess my question is how do I safely spread them out during the day. It seems I can't get it right because when I take either or I get very anxious . I already take a anti anxiety med clonazepam for accational panic attacks.
I took Phentermine for 2 years in my youth.lol They have not banned Phentermine, they banned Phen/Fen. They took the second part of the diet cocktail off the market because it was causing heart damage. I used to take it for energy, cuz I was a shallow work out freak. When I stopped taking it, the only withdrawal I had was zero energy. Because you are not taking speed anymore. You wont get sick. But it will take you time to get your real energy back. The big problem you have now is the xanax.

Only want to lose like 25 lbs. Started taking phentermine a week ago. Docter tested my thyoid level it was low so now I'm taking levothyroxine. First couple days were fine but when I added the thyroid medicine I started getting headaches and just not feeling right. Should I continue all three medicines? I really want to lose the weight! What should I do?
