I started taking phentermine 35 mg B12 lipotropic shots once a week I have been on the program for two weeks this is my third week I go to the doctors to weight in on Fridays. The first week I lost 8 pounds the second week I lost 5 pounds, I hope I lose another 5 on Friday. I need to lose about 40 pounds in total. I have cut out all junk food and I could not do that on my own before the program, I constantly crave chocolate and chips and hard candy.
in march of 06 i began taking phentermine and getting b12 shots by june i had lost 30pounds and continued to lose even once I stopped taking them. I kept it off for about a year in a half but have gained it back and started back this week. I go to a doctor every 14dys to get pills and the b12 shot. I'm in chicago but you can try your primary care doctor or try looking for a doctor that specializes in weight loss. the Dr. that I see is a cardiologists but does the weight management also.
I have heard alot of people say that they feel extrememly exhausted when them quit subs. I know I will be poo pooed with the question, but how about taking phentermine(diest aid) during that period? Years ago when I was over weight I was prescribed these and they gave me crazy energy. Any thoughts b/c I am tapering the subs and will be done hopefully by the end of next month. I went from24mg to 12mg in a weeks time already.
yesterday i started taking 1 pill per day of 37.5 phentermine. i also took a b12 shot and a lipo injection shot. when i was weighed in at the doctors office i was 206.4 lbs. yesterday i had no appetite but i forced myself to eat. i drank 100 oz of water and of course i had to pee alot(sorry for the tmi but i need u know everything). i also exercised for 30 minutes. now this is where i am confused. when i was weighed today at the same doctors office the scal said 200 lbs.
B12 is important for the production of red blood cells, healthy vascular and nerve functioning, etc.
Did he/she also tell you about what foods you can also eat that are high in B12?
You do not want your B12 levels to be low for long; can cause problems.
I remember reading some one's comment about getting b 12 shots to help with the fatigue from w/d of methadone, wondering if someone can give me any heads up on this. Anyone who has tried this please let me know. Babbee very fatigued!!
I have been reading the posts in the forums for the past few weeks. The one thing I was looking for, other than the results most of you are experiencing with B12, Lipotropics, and Myoden injections/sublinguals, was the Brand Names, shelf label, etc. of these products so I could research if there was a cheaper place to buy things than at MyDietSolutions.com, or from my local doctor. Well, in all my reading I could not find the answers I needed.
I went today to DR Kwasman it was $110 to star and $70 every two weeks for Phentermine and 2 B12 pills that disolve. Does anyone know where else i can get them and how much it costs?. Someone had told me that there was a doctor in Tubac AZ and i think it was like $40.00 for a month if you have any info please let me know.

I suggest you be very careful with phentermine, it is very similar to the chemical makeup of methamphetamine. The side effects of high dose or extended use are similar to amphetamine. This drug can blow out your adrenal glands, make you grind teeth until they rot, cause nervous ticks. When amphetamines were more regulated to sell as diet aids, phentermine started to be the main drug sold for hunger suppression. Be careful, people do get strung out on that drug.
Is it 1 gram (g or gm) or 1 grain (gr)? Desiccated porcine thyroid (like Armour, NatureThroid, etc.), which contains both T3 and T4, is measured in grains or milligrams. I'm not familiar with any thyroid meds measured in grams. If it's grams, I'd assume it's not all actual thyroid hormones, but some form of thyroid support supplement. It might be a good idea to ask them for an ingredient list before talking to your doctor about it.
I started Phentermine and B-12 in Feb 2012 I lost 4lbs the first two weeks. 6.5 lbs the 2nd two weeks and none the 3rd two weeks. It then took me 3 weeks to lose 3 more lbs. I am scared to weigh myself tomorrow in fear that I haven't lost my goal is 165. I am interested in hearing how others journey has went and if phentermine will continue to work for me for at least 6 mos.
