phentermine side effects for men

I used these pills back in 2004 and they worked fine but seem to be working different on me this time around.Please help,does anyone else have these side effects or has had them while on phentermine? I should add these pills were RX from the fat doctor in my area.

I have had depression in my past and it runs in my family. I havent been on medication for 3 years and have been fine. Ever since I started phentermine my depression has come back. Also I have been experiencing shortness of breath and my heart has been beating really fast. I just thought this was normal with the side effects of the phentermine but read that if I was experiencing these symptoms to contact my doctor. They are condidered SEVERE side effects.

appt. I also took phentermine. Took it for 3 months, then on and off for 3 months. The swelling started probably about the 5th month after I had started taking it. I haven't had any numbness just sore on my gums. Any advise? I go to the dr. in 8 days.

Hi my question I guess could be under the weight-loss forum too but is it possible to experience a better mood while taking the drug Phentermine? I have been taking it for about 5 or 6 months now and have noticed that I really feel much better taking it. I've gone maybe a few day's at a time missing it and then when I take it again I just feel so much better. I have lost around 30lbs so far. I must mention too that I'm also on 20mg of Citrophram for a little mood lifter as well.

Have you tried weight watchers? Phentemine is not a drug of choice anymore for weight loss as it has many side effects....good ole exercise and counting calories works....and gaining a pound or 2 a day is not normal...you could have an underlying condition causing you to retain fluid...get it checked out...or maybe you were exaggerating!
