Felt great while I was on them but after I stopped taking them I sufferred some serious side effects such as depression, paranoia, panic attacks and palpitations. My hair also went very thin and my doctor said I wass uffering a mini-breakdown most probably caused by the diet pills. I was at uni at the time and had to take a year off as well as taking anti-depressants. Am fine now but would never touch these again despite ongoing weight battles!

I used these pills back in 2004 and they worked fine but seem to be working different on me this time around.Please help,does anyone else have these side effects or has had them while on phentermine? I should add these pills were RX from the fat doctor in my area.

I would not recommend Effexor to anyone unless they had tried everything else. In addition to the long term use side effects, Effexor is about as hard to get off as Heroin! No, I've never been on heroin, lol, but I can tell you that is Miserable getting off of Effexor XR. So I would recommend that you look into Wellbutrin. I guess I am afraid of diet pills after the ruckus with Phen-phen. I was assured Redux was VERY safe--no adverse side effects I have since learned I have pul.
