If I remember correctly, the problem with Xenical is not directly related to rhythm problems; it's to do with the side effects it has in the process of working. Many people will eat more than say the recommended 25% fat (can't remember the exact amount) and Xenical (orlistat) will "remove" the extra fat via loose stools; this in turn can sometimes cause problems because of this - in the form of dehydration - sound about right and familiar?

I take my birth control RELIGIOUSLY and have not missed , however this month my period is very very light. Can Orlistat and the pill be taken together without causing the pill to be ineffective?

thanks a millions... you know about the way orlistat behaves with the body...and you sure it will not effect elisa testing... ive read that there may be some problems of absorbing some minerals and vitamins by the body... does this effect in anibody formation thus the test...

m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. I am a biology teacher and am frustrated that medical professionals are not confirming the overwhelming reports of acne being associated with phentermine. Is it a conspiracy????

My doctor also prescribed taking metformin(glucophage) in addition to the phentermine and birth control. I have lost about 8 pounds in the last month since taking the phentermine but i dont feel like I am losing enough weight for how little i have been eating.

I had a negative duo test , and about 2-3 weeks before it I used alli tablets a few times for less than a week .

I have some spotting and cramps. I am sure it will be a rough one! I did stop the phentermine over the weekend and started back yesterday(Monday). Maybe thats what triggered it....who knows. Being a woman shouldnt be this much stress and hard work!

I went to see my doctor and he put me on phentermine 37.5mg once a day and topamax 23 mg in half doeses twice dailey. I also take adderall 20mg twice Dailey. I asked him if theses two meds who interact with one another and his response was no . I guess my question is how do I safely spread them out during the day. It seems I can't get it right because when I take either or I get very anxious . I already take a anti anxiety med clonazepam for accational panic attacks.

I agree with msme7..................except, maybe you need to come down off it slowly, rather than "cold turkey". Talk to your doctor............. Once you get off it, please feel free to come back and let us help you lose your weight the healthy way.........

Im getting the B-12 and lipo shots as well. Maybe I will still get results if I stop taking the phentermine and stick to the shots. Does anyone have any feedback or advice.

Hello, I have Hypothyroidism and have been trying to lose 10lbs for the past couple of years, I spoke to a pharmacist and she suggested I ask my doctor for Phentermine. Has anyone tried this before and is it safe with taking Amour Thyroid 180mg. I'm 5'8" and weigh 152 and want to be 143, I work out 6x's a week cardio for 45-60 mins. and every other day 30 mins weight lifting.

I'm not familar with what phentermine is or what it's used for but I'm sure somebody will notice your question and respond..
